My husband and I both purchased our own homes prior to being married and we both had poor experiences. That being said, we have had the absolute BEST experience working with Samantha!! My experience with Structure was WONDERFUL! It was wonderful because of the absolutely outstanding work of Elke Gerdes. I've been involved with real estate transactions for forty years, and I have to say Elke is the BEST real estate person I've ever worked with. Elke is incredibly knowledgeable, is always prepared to the max, and has wonderful people-skills. There are times when real estate transactions can be rather emotional, for a host of reasons, and Elke "gets" this and makes the whole process so professional and perfect to the last detail. Structure is a fine company, but Elke is a true treasure there.She gets Five Stars - and I'd give more if it were allowed.

Our Agent was Jennifer (Jen) Lakin. Every Real Estate review you read mentions selling the home quickly, for the price we wanted, etc... That all happened for us. Let's talk about what else Jen did (the real reason you can trust her with your transaction). We were presented with an excellent offer, short close and not much time to move. We took it. Oh, and we were going to be out of the country when we moved and closed on the house. Jen helped us locate moving and storage services. She came to the house for the movers walk through. She handled keys for the storage spaces. She supervised the move out crew and answered questions, and she personally cleaned the house after the move. Then she handled the closing and deposited the proceeds in our account.

Elke is the BEST! I recently closed on my first home. I went into the process pretty nervous and not sure what to expect. Elke was so kind and informative and eased all of my worries.
