Computer Reboot

We have used them multiple times for issues on our variety of laptops & desktops in our household & business. We refer extended family & friends to use them as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and even provide professional advice to maintain/update your software and hardware plus provide a virus protection software at a very reasonable cost. They keep up with current market technology. An example our new laptop with touchscreen was a simple fix for them. Our touchscreen sensor broke making it nearly impossible to work on the laptop without it selecting programs, opening/shutting programs, or jumping the cursor around to other areas on the screen. Not only did they easily diagnose the issue we were having with the touch screen, the staff gave us two options, we could replace the screen or disable the touchscreen. They could have easily sold us the most expensive option and we would have been none the wiser. The staff explained both options giving us true freedom to decide what was best for our business needs. We selected to just disable it not because of the cost but the time frame we needed it fixed. He even took the extra time to teach me how to disable it myself for later reference. This company’s staff have always been of great character when interacting with us. We will continue to use them for any future computer needs. The staff can also help you with understanding technology, equipment, and recommendations not just on computers but other devices/equipment to keep up to date with you or a company need. Highly recommend them!
Due to Covid, they are by appointment now but still work making an appointment too work with them.

These folks are FANTASTIC!!! I've had them do on-site work, and taken equipment to them. They're experts. I also appreciated that they were more interested in making my equipment work properly than in selling me replacements! That says a lot about how they operate. They're service-oriented, honest and reliable folks.

Great staff and fast turn around times! We had a technical issue with our store that killed the whole network connection and rendered our computers and card readers useless. Computer Reboot was more then accommodating helping us out on the DAY THAT THEY WERE CLOSED! Best customer service you could ever ask for. Massive recommendation!

Built my own gaming computer plugged in headphones and Jack caused direct short to case.Could not get computer to come back on.Called computer reboot they said we will look at it.Took it in and talked to Phil he was very knowledgeable and I new I had come to the right place .I got a phone call from tech Jamie and after consutation and explanation we soon decided best solution was a new case ..Jamie installed every thing in new case plus upon my request water cooling änd new fans and lights.I am totally impressed by the clean look of this build.I thank you Phil and Jamie for your excellent service knowledgeable advice and kindness. This is why computer reboot will continue to be in business for a long time.

I bought a lot of computer from the my old
school friend of mine. Then I heard he had
passed on. I thought, oh boy this is it.

Then Eric, Phill and Jamie took it over.

The it takes to put together, diagnose the issues and have it ready to go. Nobody knows unless you're a school teacher to college professor will you understand what the heck is going on inside one of these things.
