Great place! Came in mainly looking for options for a turntable set up. They had everything needed. Great options as well. Staff was informative, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Mentioned if I needed any help setting up to give a call. Came out of the store with everything I needed. Set everything up at home and it sounds great! Not to mention that I spent less than I was planning to spend on Amazon!

I’ve been a very satisfied customer for over 20 years. They sell the best equipment at a fair price. Equally important, they are dyed in the wool audiophiles who throughly understand the technology and can answer all your questions. They’ve set up both my systems and are quick to fix a problem when I cause something to go wrong. Plus, you won’t find anyone more pleasant.

Best place in the Cedar Valley for audio and video gear. Expert advice and awesome showrooms. Their custom installs are second to none. This is the only place I will go for AV equipment.

Excellent service! I was looking for outdoor speakers for my newly built covered deck and the owner was very informative. Helped test out a different array of options and we found the best speakers for my liking. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend. Shopping local pays off!

This store has immaculate vibes. The store is super clean, they have puppies and kittens playing on the TVs in the show room, and the overhead music is just soft spa type music. The man working on 2/27 also had immaculate vibes, he wasn’t sure he had what we needed in stock, but gave us options for some other places to check if he didn’t. He then also went out of his way to double check the inventory and ended up having what we needed for even cheaper than it was listed on Amazon or online at Walmart. 10/10 will come back for anything else I need along these lines.

Hawkeye Audio/Video is by far the best place for all your home theater needs. They have everything you need from huge over the top setups to small basic setups. The customer service at Hawkeye Audio is fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Overall amazing products, owners, and customer service. 100 out of 10 would and will be buying here again!

Competitive pricing - usually the same as Amazon. Kent and TJ are very knowledgeable with all things theater and audio and are a huge help on any project, whether you do it yourself or have them do it. They also carry very high quality brands that are a nice balance between quality and price. Before walking in the door, I figured any home theater store would be exorbitant, however I was wrong! Top notch business.

Kent was Great at helping me find a system and TJ was Great at installing the new system. Super friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable individuals who carry Great Products.
