Waterloo Regional Airport

I think i was literally the first human here today! Tiny airport. No coffee or food places. A restroom, a soda machine, and TSA, is what you'll find here! TSA comes around 9am-ish. They're very nice, quick, and VERY thorough (which I love! Except they almost took my mini bat and dirt from the field of dreams! Lol) Actually enjoyed this airport for the simplicity!

Nice friendly regional airport that only serves American Airlines and Charted flights,
the only commercial flight is to chicago
as of 12/26/22 and food and drink choices is limited to a vending machine so better eat before you travel through here. friendly staff.
the other airport choices around are Dubuque Airport, Rochester in Minnesota l, Mason city airport

Easily the smallest airport I have ever been to, but super cool. TSA was very nice and super fast too.

Several years ago I was trying to catch a flight during a snow storm. My car got stuck in the snow at the parking gate. A gentleman who worked for the airport came out and tried to help get my car dislodged from the icy parkway. We were unsuccessful, but the kind worker was determined to make sure I made my flight! After a quick truck ride to the airport entrance I handed my car keys to the worker who assured me my car would be unstuck and accessible upon my return.

This airline exceeded my expectations! My car was easy to locate with the help of the friendly and professional employees. I have always traveled for business, but this airline made me feel like family.

The absolute easiest and best way to fly into the Cedar Valley. Friendly, fast, efficient

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They're reasonable, almost like you're a real person.
Definitely a nice vibe for an airport. Their restaurant is...interesting;)

Had co-workers fly in and out of Livingston Aviation today. Always clean and well maintained. Person at the desk was very nice. Good size parking lot to park it.

Super duper small, but the entire place is very nice and inviting. Doesn't feel run down at all like some other small airports. Since it's so small, it isn't very busy. Showed up 1 hour before my flight and was still able to check a bag, hit the restroom, and get through security with 40 minutes to spare.

Very nice, small, regional airport. Security is efficient and friendly as was the American Airlines staff. I was pleasantly surprised that flying to ALO was about half the cost of CID despite the lack of competition. Only problem is the lack of a restaurant, but the vending machines are plentiful.

If you need a rental car, make sure the rental car facility is open when you need it, when I traveled, it was only open until 6pm, then closed until 9pm and opened again for one hour at 9pm.

Flying from Waterloo Iowa (ALO) to DC. Easy parking and low price. Quick check-in

First flight in 2 years. 2 days. Updated assortment of offerings. There are two bookcases with books and magazines. All subjects and for all ages.

Awesome staff and fast service! It's not a very busy airport at all, but the service is always personable!

Small, clean airport with direct access to the gates. Parking under 3 hours is free and directly across from the airport.
