McKenzie was very nice and helpful when I came by to purchase a bale of hay.

The workers are just such friendly people. Pure heart. Had wonderful conversations. These people seemed genuinely happy to be working. It was a great first experience. I've never been to this store before. Very clean and organized.

I used to buy dry dog food here until my dog refused to eat it anymore. I was pleased to see that TSC sells Merrick brand wet dog food & stocked up. The clerks were helpful & very friendly. The clerk helped to get me points through the Neighborhood as I hadn't used it in years. I will be going back soon.

The staff was terrific, so friendly and helpful. With the crazy shoppers out, it's so wonderful to have your employees razing the bar for other business's.

All around good shopping experience besides the big cart small isle my dog Walter loved it and they greeted us with a dog treat for him even tho he didn't want one it was generous will be back

Not crowded and have a good variety of hardware and automotive related items that I regularly need. Not sure how they're prices compare to other places, but I don't really care because I don't have to deal with massive parking lots, massive stores, and massive crowds. In, get what I want, and back out! Plus, it's close to home!

This is our place to get our dog food and all other pet needs. Whether I order online or go in, I'm always treated well.

I originally bought a log splitter from the Cedar Rapids location and things were not put together right and returned it to Waterloo store. The girls at the Waterloo location were good to work with and got me a new splitter that is working great!

Love this store! My dog loves it too, pets are welcome to come in! When we go in Mia knows to go sit by the check out to get a treat! We get ALL our pets' food there and we buy their brand, "Paws & Claws" great price and quality! We try to keep feeding our animals the same food to prevent digestive issues, but sometimes we run out after they close, so I borrow a cup from the neighbors, but they don't want to eat it, and it's the more expensive brands, that are supposed to be so much better, Lol! So we ONLY buy "Paws & Claws" food & litter!
If I had to have something I would change, it would be the hours. For a farm store, one would think that they would open earlier to accommodate the early risers.

Needed and idler pulley for my lawn mower late on Saturday. Did not have the MTD part but was able to cross to a stock pulley. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

TSC you can buy many different types of animal products here. Toys to food and health supplies for Domestic and farm animals.

Always super willing to help. Never had a bad experience while shopping here. I buy all of my pet food and treats in here.
