I rented from Alliance for almost 14 years before I purchased a home. They were always responsive to my maintenance requests in a prompt and timely manor. I also shopped around a bit and found my rent was super competitive for a 3 bedroom house, which I appreciated. The owners are great and very accessible and the office staff was always friendly. Good product and value.

RENTER BEWARE. Rented with them for 2 years. When we moved in, the house had no blinds on any of the windows, they refused to provide any. Exhausted & tired from our move we had to then hang sheets to the windows in the middle of the night until we were able to buy blinds for Windows that we don't own. Stove's pilot kept going out, they refused to fix it despite their repair guy saying that the rusty gas line on the stove was the problem. Laclede gas also said these lines needed to be replaced, but this was never addressed either. There was no electric outlet in the basement besides the washer/dryer outlet. I asked if another could be installed so that we could at least watch tv down there and utilize the space, they told me I would have to pay for it myself but using their maintenance person. Toilet seat broke, they refused to replace it. I had to buy one. After we purchased a house, we moved out. I had Molly maid clean the house to be sure everything was in order including inside the cabinets and fridge. On our final walk through date, no one showed up. We called, texted and waited outside for an hour. They never answered or texted back. We had to then drive across town to drop the keys in the office mailbox because I knew they would try to charge us if we didn't. After 3-4 days, Maggie finally responded back via text saying that the walk through was completed without us and that she would process the paperwork by the end of the week. I gave her our forwarding address...again. After a few weeks I had not received my deposit and emailed for status. I was told they have 30 days. Over 30 days later, I emailed again asking for status - she said she would be processing it soon. 3 days later we received a check for only $275 of our original $1100 security deposit. They cited a non-refundable deposit (around $275) which is illegal and was not written in our signed lease, $75 for landscaping, $60 for the blinds that we paid for initially (remember?) because one was broken, $250 to replace an entire counter top, and a myriad of other wear & tear items that should never have been charged to us as renters. There was no response to multiple requests for the rest of our security deposit via email or phone - not even to say that our request was received and denied. We moved out almost 3 months ago, written multiple letters/email, and still not heard a thing from them. To small claims court we go.

Please don't rent from these people if you don't have to. They are shady and unprofessional. We have only rented a few years after a economic hardship, but I pray we never have to again. Renters are humans too and deserve better treatment than what we experienced with Alliance Realty.

Bought a house from this company a little over three years ago. Everything has been a nightmare since the beginning. Including things that were found to be wrong upon inspection that were agreed-upon to be fixed but they never were. Resulting in us having to spend thousands of dollars out-of-pocket to fix the issues that were promised to be fixed before we moved in. Within the last three years we’ve had to completely tear down And put up a new wall on the south side of our house due to poor insulation and leaks. We are going to have to do this on every wall in the house. They also turned an old garage into a third bedroom in the basement which now floods every single time it rains. Buyer beware.

Oh boy, only use their services if you enjoy being called profanities because you are busy or not willing to sell to them. If you enjoy being degraded for telling them no, I would so recommend this service.

Filled out application for a home. Called them several times to see did they receive additional information.. no response.. tried to see inside of property and was unable to get in... She would only txt me... Made me fill like this site was a scame
