Sleep Number

I worked with Chelsey to make my c2 bed. She is so knowledgeable, and her personality is very upbeat and friendly. I originally hope to get the c4 but decided not to because of the cost. I had one of the original SN beds and loved it. I only got rid of it about 7 months ago. I bought a Dreamcloud bed and it was never quite right. So I came right back to SN.

Chelsey made no hard sell once I decided to get the c2 rather than the c4. She walked me through the whole purchase, gave me all my options and I was confident that I was buying the right bed for me.

I don't think I have ever known a retail employee to have such a tenure as Chelsey does. As a company, you are quite lucky to have her for an employee!!! If I could give her a raise, I would.

Sean and Chelsey were great to work with. Even though I have a sleep number bed now, I am looking at getting a different one after 12 years. Both were very patient in explaining new features and ideas to me. This is my second sleep number bed and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to check them out. Sure, they’re not the least expensive but I spend a good third of my life on a bed and it makes the other two thirds of my life enjoyable. Thanks to sleep number!

We had an amazing bed purchasing experience with Dylan and Chelsey at the Brentwood Sleep Number store. They were extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and helped us select the perfect bed and base and even sheets to go with our new adjustable bed as well. Extremely friendly and had answers to every question that we had. The store is also absolutely beautiful on the inside and they have physical samples of every single product that you see on the website. Would highly recommend checking out the Brentwood Sleep Number store

I have dealt with this store many times and always had very positive experiences. The last bed I ordered I had a delivery problem. Chelsea the store manager, and Patrick the sales associate, jumped through all kinds of hoops to make it better. Five stars for customer service! (And we love the beds too!!)

This store is amazing. I'd been to the previous location and this new one is beautiful. The team was helpful over the phone before I came in but Chelsey helped me during my time in the store. She was great! Made everything super easy and I'm so excited to start sleeping better. Definitely can't say enough great things about Chelsey and the team at Brentwood!

We had a great experience and left with what we think will be a wonderful bed (it hasn’t come in yet). Dylan responded very quickly via the store’s text system to set up our appointment. Everything was cleaned and sanitized between appointments, and we got to try everything we wanted safely. When we went back, Dylan was busy, so the store manager set up everything for us and even made sure we would be prepared with our app! She was wonderful, too. It was the best bed buying experience we’ve ever had!

I spoke with the manager of the Brentwood store. We have already purchased 2 sleep number beds. We would never want any other bed. They are awesome and work great for us. We have never had one that reclines and decided we want to try one due to a surgery my husband will be having.

I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received when I called. The store manager knew everything about each bed. She was able to pull up our history and tell us what we had purchased in the past. She was not only knowledgeable about the product, she was excited about the product. She was very helpful and kind. I will always use the Brentwood store as my go to.

It was a very pleasant experience. The sales person was knowledgeable and informative. She answered all my questions and did not pressure me to buy a bed. I'm looking forward to taking delivery of my new Sleep Number bed.

I first bought a sleep number bed in 2006. Now after 15+ years I'm in the market for an upgrade. Through my prior experience with Sleep Number they have the best customer service in the industry. There quality products although a bit pricey are manufactured in the USA. And their customer service reps are located in the states also.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. His presentation was informative and low-pressure. He was very helpful in assisting us in evaluating options to our satisfaction. We were quite comfortable with what we did here and I'll recommend the store to others.

5 Stars for my sales person Aaron at the Brentwood store in St. Louis who was/is Awesome! He was very knowledgeable , professional, patient and a big help with assisting me find the right mattress to address my sleeping concerns. He even helped me download the Sleep Number remote control app on my phone once I made the decision to go with that instead of the normal type. Delivery is next Saturday and I can't wait!😃.

Jamie, our salesman, was very helpful, informative, efficient and friendly. He showed us around the store and explained the sleep number system and the complete line including adjustable bases. He updated us on new information and difference between the current line and what I had read on the internet. He ran us through the "Find your Number" routine and system so we had an idea where to start when we get our bed. Finally he help us set up our Sleep IQ app on our iPhones. The store has a very welcoming atmosphere and we are happy we went there to take advantage of the holiday sales. Stephanie, the other sales person, was very friendly and helpful as well.

Great store! There's convenient parking on the side of the building. The store itself is very neat and clean. I went in to buy a pillow...their pillows are a bit expensive, but they have a pillow wall with different types of pillows and a build your own pillow section. I ended up buying one of the ultimate pillows that has three thin pillows on the inside along with a zipper which allows you to remove or add layers for comfort. It's only been a few nights but I'm very happy with it. The sales person in the store was friendly and helpful but didn't try to "sell" me at all (which I appreciated). Also, they encourage you to try the demo pillows on the beds (they have paper pillow protectors) so that you can see which pillow sleeps the way you like.

The bed I bought here was crazy spendy, but I love it. The sales rep spent a lot of time helping us pick the right model and get a feel for it, and get the order drawn up. The showroom has plenty to check out to make it easy to get a decision made.

The young lady was too friendly,made sure we were getting what we wanted, would have love our bed after my surgery,but that's Kool made us feel at home
