I have worked with several real estate professionals over the years in several locations and I have never had such exceptional service. Tori is knowledgeable, professional, energetic, responsive, and just a pleasure to work with. My standards are high and she sailed over that high bar with ease - always going above and beyond. Tori did a great job of finding buyers for my old home. She walked me through the process and made sure I was included in all the decisions. She also helped me find my new home and worked through some issues to make sure everything went smoothly. Extremely satisfied.

I've had terrific experience with both Lockard Realty and Lockard Inc. At the base of both is a superb leader, Ken Lockard. He drives a culture that expects results based on top-flight service, and he produces it. He's also extremely community and "all stakeholder" minded, so that it's genuinely a win-win for all involved. The people at Lockard love what they do, and it shows in the relationships they build and the results they get for the client, whether you're buying, selling, or in a development project. Personally, I purchased a home, sold another, and entrusted a very large industrial redevelopment project with the team. Bottom line: I recommend this firm. I'd be glad to expand on any of the comments if a client would like to dive a bit deeper.

I find Steve Knapp as a realtor someone I can trust. Although he works on commission, he wants to make sure the buyer and the seller both get their needs met. He has been great at exploring new ideas with and will steer you away from bad decisions.

I have not had anyone be so attentive, especially with me moving from Wyoming to Iowa. Lockard Realty (Tori) took the time to learn exactly what we were looking for and helped us with everything possible. If we ever have any future real estate needs we will definitely use them!
