The customer service was amazing. They helped me find the proper pipe required to complete my project, a golf ball launcher. The golf ball launcher was used in our golf tournament, which turned out to be an amazing hit. Thank you for the amazing help! I will certainly return when I need more PVC pipe and fittings!

I had a great experience with SiteOne Landscape Supply in Pontoon Beach, IL. I am a homeowner and not a professional irrigation company. I called on a Monday morning around 9 AM, the day before the 4th of July, and they didn't have the Rainbird irrigation model/valve I needed. But, he had a driver in St. Louis coming back later that morning who could pick up the part and have it there by noon. When I called at noon it had been delivered. I went, and ended up buying three items, all of which were about 25% cheaper than I found anywhere else online. They set up an account for me for online for purchase history, etc. I hit a snag at home when I went to sign-in and finish setting up the account by creating a new password, so I called customer service. I wish everyone's customer service was as friendly, personable, quick, helpful, and professional. One quick call with only one transfer from the automated line--problem solved. Scott and Steve know the industry. From irrigation to lighting, seed, fertilizers and much more. I have been buying from them since 2004 and they have always treated me with courteous professionalism and knowledge of the products that I use for my business.

My neighbor told me about this place. I never heard of it. They have pretty much anything you could want and are very helpful and friendly. I highly reccomend this place for any of your landscaping/lawn needs.

SiteOne is a great business for landscaping and management of outdoors. The facility is not that visible from the road. The sign is very low to the ground. Do not be surprised if you pass it up by accident. The staff are exceptionally professional and know their product line very well. I recommend them. They carry Lesco products. They mostly cater to businesses.
