Staples has been my go-to office supply store for years, and I can't praise them enough. Their extensive product selection, from top-notch office furniture to the tiniest paper clips, ensures that I can find everything I need in one place. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, making shopping here a breeze.

We had awesome service by the sales manager at this Staples store on 1/7/24 when we shipped a package at the UPS counter. He was courteous, kind and efficient. Sorry I didn’t get his name because he was awesome.

I like the Staples off Sepulveda in Westchester for my small jobs. Today there was a printer problem, and Shona helped ensure that my taxes and efile forms were all printed out. I really appreciate the help and friendly attitude.

Raymond, Chris, Alonso and all the girls that work in the copy center always do such a terrific job. It can sometimes get pretty slammed and they just always keep their composure and remain common keep working and get things done I come here almost every day and buy boxes and ship off stuff and I’m always happy with everyone here.

Staples is my go-to store for all my business needs, and this particular location is top-notch. The store is clean, organized, and offers a wide range of high-quality products. The staff is friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile to assist customers. Whether I need printer ink, paper, or office furniture, I can always rely on this Staples to have everything I need. A fantastic shopping experience!

I had to use this location’s UPS shipping services and I was more than impressed at how great the Manager and another employee were. I was tight on time and they went above and beyond to ensure my shipment made it into their system before closing time. They took the time to offer the best customer service possible and it was obvious they cared about me as well. Cesar and Moses - thank you!!!

Shonte was absolutely amazing in the printing department! She was able to provide expertise on the best printing for my file. She went above and beyond communicating with me to ensure my design came out just the way I wanted and in perfect condition. Her kindness and positive energy made my whole experience! Beautiful human being!

I've been to this store a few times. It's in a great location just a few blocks away from LAX airport. I had never had any problems. They've actually never been very busy. I went today with a pretty large order for custom copies. Angela in the Copy Center was very professional. I was delighted that before she checked me out she looked through five pages of discount coupons to see if I could save some money on my $250 order. She did. Later, when I went to pick up the copies there was another nice man in the department. I was very pleased.

The other day I came in exhausted from work and holding my urine for over 6 hours. The cashier was working by herself in the copy and print section. All I wanted was my graduation pictures laminated for this years photoshoot. I’ve graduated three times in a roll 2018, 2019, and now 2020. She did an amazing job thank you 😊.

Please be aware that this staples that has Shaun and Chelsea will not have you disappointed. They go above and beyond. I didnt have it together and they quickly helped me get my super star on! Will definitely make this my home store.

First off, all of the employees that I have worked with at this location has been very welcoming and friendly. I have worked Customer Service for over 10 years and I will say that Shonte in the printing department has such a refreshing attitude and I appreciate that when she comes into the store to start her shift, she always looks around and greets everyone in her view! I have worked with her two times now and I feel as if I have known her for a very long time! While I was waiting for my order, a customer walked into the store and said they just came in just to say hi to Shonte before she picked up the items that she ordered! Shonte is so experienced with the printers and knew exactly what I needed before I even asked her. She gave me the best options for printing, emailing, using the computer, laminating, lazor cutting my flyers, and simply being a good person! I didn't know that Staples had so much to offer and I'm more than happy that I didn't have to go to several different locations like I thought I had to initially. I walked out using more services than I planned on, but didn't feel like I was upselled or convinced to buy stuff I didn't need. That is so rare now-a-days! Thank you Shonte for making me and my family feel apart of the Staples family! I will definitely come back to this location for all of my business' needs!
