I booked with Tiffany for a curly cut, she is amazing! Her personality was great and she helped me understand about some products and techniques I can use on my hair. No one has ever listened to me, that I'd like my hair to stay long, and she kept it long!!! I'm so happy about that. My curls look healthy, I'd definitely recommend comming here!

I highly recommend Haven to anyone! I've been to this place since 2022. I love the atmosphere and decor. My stylist, Mataya always did an amazing job! Hands down the best salon I've been to!

All of the staff here is so welcoming and wonderful, I personally see Mataya, I love her creativity and vision and it’s super great to be able to come in and have no idea what you want and yet leaving feeling like a million bucks. If you are in need of a salon this is it! These ladies are amazing!

Haven is hands down the BEST salon in Cedar Falls!! In the year I’ve been coming here, Mataya never fails to create the exact style I’m looking for. When I first sat in her chair, she took great care in color correcting my bright red, self-dyed mess, into a beautiful, bright strawberry blonde: always prioritizing my hair’s health over everything. No matter who you see at this salon, you’re guaranteed good vibes and a stunning end result. Heather and Tiffany are amazing at what they do as well. You won’t be disappointed!!! 😊💖

Haven is an amazing place. With my anxiety I always fear new places but everyone is so friendly you can't help but feel welcome here! It's got a very cool vibe and Mataya even painted this amazing huge rainbow on the wall!
Heather is super skilled at what she does (she even travels to other states to teach others advanced hairstyle classes!) She always does an amazing job with my haircuts but what really blows me away is the hair coloring she does for my wife! Seriously people you will feel great here and won't be disappointed.

I always look forward to my hair appointments, and that feeling has only grown since Heather and Mataya created Haven! Haven has a relaxing yet energizing vibe that you experience the moment you walk through the door. If I could, I'd hang on the couch all day and chat with the stylists. They are incredibly welcoming and dedicated to listening to you and your individual hair goals. Heather is AMAZING at hair color and creating formulas that make your hair pop. My favorite is giving Heather color palette ideas and seeing her use the experience and knowledge she has gathered over the years to create a design all her own. Whether a simple hair cut or mermaid hair, Haven has you covered!

Haven has such a relaxing and inviting atmosphere, partly from the vibrant colors on the wall, but mainly from the kind stylists. I am a newer client and have felt so welcomed and comfortable every time I walk into the salon. I work with Mataya, she does an excellent job, is very thorough, and is extremely passionate about her career. I can’t recommend a better salon than Haven!

Mataya and Heather run this place like queens! I have been coming here since they opened and followed Mataya from her past salon. She has brought me on an amazing blonde hair journey and has been so kind the whole way. I am Korean and have very dark hair, but she transformed it into a beautiful bright perfect shade of blonde. I usually get it toned to have a silvery shade too.

They use Lanza products here and I have noticed how much healthier my hair feels after all the highlighting. I like their blonde healing collection and the moi moist mist is my ABSOLUTE favorite! My hair has never felt so silky/soft and without all the stickiness of other products.

The environment of their salon is fun, rainbows, nature and positive vibes! So many plants and cute comfy details. They always have some fresh fruity water and offer snacks as well.

Heather is also an amazing colorist! She is so funny, bubbly, full of spunk and makes you feel right at home. I would recommend either of them for your hair care needs!

I heart Haven salon! 💕 & would recommend them to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their cut & color goals! Not only are all of the stylists extremely skilled in their profession, but they create a very inviting & inclusive vibe.

Everyone at this salon is so lovely and welcoming! I was shy and nervous about coloring my hair for a very long time but Mataya has always made me feel very comfortable and leaves me feeling my best! Amazing salon! The staff is so professional and kind. Mataya is so talented with her vivid mermaid styles! My hair has never been this healthy after lighting & the colors are absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend booking an appointment!

Heather is amazing, not only is Haven a place that makes you feel beautifiul, it is a place that makes you feel comfortable and peaceful. You can relax and have easy conversation while she works her magic. Her art is hair and i love being the canvas where the creativity unfolds!

I love this salon- the vibes are it! Mataya did my hair and since the first time she did my hair probably 4 or 5 years ago- I only go to her! I love giving her my business, she knows exactly how to get you where you wanna go for your hair goals! I can not recommend this place enough!
