Taco Bell

We showed up 10 minutes before close last night. The worker was super kind, and not frazzled by our last minute order. The quesadillas we ordered were delicious.

I absolutely love this place! Doritos Locos Supreme is my go to order! What an amazing idea to have nacho cheese Dorito taco shells! Have you thought of cool ranch? Literally just thought of this

The tall gentlemen with dreadlocks had EXCELLENT customer service. Give that guy a raise!

Whoever made my Mexican pizza, I'd like to shake their hand. It was the best Mexican pizza from Taco Bell I've ever had ever ever!!! Not only was it made nicely, but it tasted so good and everything tasted so fresh. For once I can say it looked like the one in the picture! This was around midnight-ish. I've always loved Taco Bell, but this particular experience was awesome!! At midnight there was no line and the service was awesome! Way to go Sugar Creek Taco Bell! Thank you thank you thank you!

I was in town, and at 1am, I needed a snack. This Taco Bell and Chris Richard's, in particular, were very friendly! What a refreshing treat in fast-food!

I am a store manager at the business down the road. I just really want to let the team know that out of all the fast food places I have visited in Iowa city since I have been here Taco Bell is by far has the best, friendly, quick, accurate service I've ever had. I am a super picky eater they never give me grief about what I order. And out of all The Times I have been there they have never gotten my order wrong and they've always been extremely friendly about it!

I usually eat at the Taco Bell’s in Cedar Rapids. Today I was working in Iowa city and stopped by this location. My food was crafted much better than any of the CR/Marion locations. Overall the food looked better, tasted better, and was prepared correctly. This Taco Bell reminded me what my food is supposed to look like at Taco Bell, Instead of the pencil thin burritos that are 90% sauce that I get in CR.

My son is so indecisive when it comes to ordering in the drive through.. the drive through lady was so sweet about it. Then he paid with two different gift cards. She was so sweet and very patient with us and all of our uncertaintys. Food was great too

Food was good. Staff messed up my order but not a big deal they made up for it immediately. That's good service and is definitely appreciated. Love the constant menu changes.

They never get their coffee machine working which is a very disappointing they haven't had it for over 6 months in Iowa City, Ia. Sucks when you want coffee with your breakfast.

Always polite and fast with your order. Food is great for the price. Whoever worked kitchen making food on 6/13/19 at 11:15am deserves a raise. Best taco bell I've ever had.

7/4/2021 The staff working at the Taco Bell in Iowa City right now are incredibly sweet and warm. They’re working on a holiday and still maintaining a positive attitude!

Always great service... And they have NEVER messed up an order for me.. Best service I've received over any other fast food restaurant I have visited in the Iowa City/ Coralville area.. Hands down!!

This tbell is the most consistent one I’ve been to. They’re quick and most the time the order is right. Gave me hella sauces and a free Baja blast tonight too.
