Great fast service! Food came out hot and was very good. Can't go wrong with the horsey sauce!!!

Went in after leaving my debit card an hour away at home. I asked if they would accept a bank acc./ routing #. Unfortunately they could not, however the manager graciously offered to cover my meal for me. This is a man who truly cares about his customers. He had an amazing energy and a very warm smile and kind spirit. From now on I will be visiting whenever I’m in the area. Five stars is not a good enough rating for these fine people

Went through the drive-through and first off, being friendly to customers matter, this lady had gotten my order and she was so polite, I roll up to the window and i’m greeted with a smile! I mean come on this lady needs a raise! For any managers looking at this since I didn’t get her name, it was about 8:38 PM June 4th 2023. And best fast food burger i’ve had.

We ordered a shake but they must not have heard us but we got one anyway free of charge. Good job.

Excellent!!! Arby's has always held a place in my heart. As kids, we would go there for a special treat and get arby melts. Yummmm! This franchise definitely lives up to the high standard of success! Thank you!!

Haven’t been to this Arby’s for a few years as it was always bad service and meh food. Decided to go today, and was pleasantly surprised! Amazing service and management, this place has really been turned around. They also remodeled and it looks nice in there. Food was 10/10 and hot!

The Arby’s in Iowa city has some of the best service I’ve ever had for fast food the drive-through old lady is always super friendly super helpful and super fast when I go inside the manager is always working always making food super friendly super helpful always helps the staff is constantly moving the man goes above and beyond for food service.

I was a little frustrated that it was drive-thru only, but pleasantly surprised by how friendly the workers there were. I was using a birthday coupon and they went out of their way to wish me happy birthday and acknowledge it. The food was also very good, especially the mint milkshake :-)

They have some good food when you're in the mood for a roast beef sandwich. This location stayed busy while I was in line, but the employees stayed busy and rocked out everyone in the line. At a decent pace too. And the bronco berry sauce is killer. Tried it for the first time today. And was pleasantly surprised.

I don't get the opportunity to go very often but no matter which location I go to, it is the same. I can depend on the sandwich I get being exactly what I order. That in itself is pretty awesome.

Love the new menu items! Drive thru for this location is a bit awkward so be an aware driver (drive-thruer? 🤷‍♂) but the service is excellent and the food is fresh and affordable! Win/win!

Arby's has changed for the better. I ordered a Turkey sandwich. Not only was it a hearty sandwich, but it was also delicious.

I went there a few days ago and I meant to write this a while back but I lost my receipt ,so I'm reviewing here. Basically these guys are awesome! Every time I go here, I know I'm going to be taken care of. The food is always on point, and the customer service is even better! Y'all are doing it right, I can't wait till my next trip!!!

These employees hustle at this arbys!!! The line goes so fast and the employees are always super cool. They also know the off menu items really well and make a FIRE grand turkey club( add ham and extra mayo...trust me)

The staff were quick, friendly and efficient! They even came out to the eating area to ask how our meal was and took our empty trays so that we didn't have to take them to the trash ourselves! REALLY AWESOME SERVICE!

This place has the fastest service I've ever seen at any fast food joint as my food was served in literally less than two minutes, plus I love their meaty gyuros and sandwiches. What did I order? 2 Reuben Gyuros (special made) and was only charged the same price that you pay for regular gyuros. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be going back. 5*s all the way.

I've regularly had exceptional service at this location, including my experience today which finally made me realize I should get on here and give them a review! I've also never had any issues with my orders or anything like that. Keep up the good work!

This Arby's is a little off the path, you don't really notice when you pass it from the street. Their drive-thru is convenient and easy to get to, you don't have to drive all the way around the building. Their roast beef sandwiches are as classic as classic can be, and that new Hawaiian bread slider that's good stuff

Fast, staff was friendly, and food was fresh. Exactly how fast food should be. The fries were fresh which could have been that perfect timing but either way, everything tasted great!

The food from this Arby's is very good quality compared to many that I've been to. Service is excellent, I had an order with incorrect amounts and it was promptly taken care of. The store is quite clean as well. Overall great.
