Brad Best @ Action Auto Outlet was AWESOME! I asked about a car I had seen on the website and he was very upfront and honest saying that specific car was having issues and offered to show me another version of the car a few years newer. I asked about a different car I saw and he was extremely helpful through the whole process! The car needed new brakes and rotors, AND O2 sensors but Brad was kind enough to offer to have them fixed for me free of charge. Extremely impressed and have already recommended several of my friends looking for new vehicles for a decent price to go see Brad! 10/10 will definitely be going to see him for my future car buying!

Loved the service there! Brad, Terry, and Dawson are such wonderful people who genuinely care about their customers. I was in a bind with getting a car and found the Volvo XC90 and they were so great with helping my dad and I out with purchasing the car. Brad is the man you need to go to, best car salesman. He always responded, even when it’s after lot hours. He was very transparent about the vehicle, and helped me get approved for a loan when multiple banks couldn’t. All around great guy, great business! This was my first time buying a car and he made it fun, fast, and easy!

I went in to purchase a Truck a couple of months ago. Since then, I have had minor repairs, but nothing unusual or anything that took me more than 30 minutes of my time to fix. They hooked me up with a good price and brand new tires. I really can't complain. Give them business. They are honest, helpful, and it seemed that the money wasn't a top priority. I was hesitant to post a review has Dawson asked me too, I wanted to see what I had bought from him first and I must say I got a good deal and a awesome pickup!! I did have to change the brakes and a battery, but hey I got an awesome deal so I really cant complain. They were awesome to deal with and I would definitely deal with them again.

Went in to get my sister a new vehicle and she had a previously TERRIBLE experience at Husker Auto in Lincoln, these gentlemen. Went ABOVE AND BEYOND what was necessary to make sure she felt secure in her purchase and even filled the tank before we left. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Especially since it was the first vehicle my sister had ever purchased! 10/10 would go there again. Painless and smooth. He also explained every signature needed practically word for word for my sister. She left with a huge smile! They also had a great vehicle selection on the lot. If you're thinking about going here, do it! You won't be mad!

Absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had. We stopped in near closing time last week and Dawson was courteous, professional and patient until we found a vehicle that we liked. He even stayed late so we could test drive it and provided us with a Carfax. We came back the next day after doing research on the vehicle and took a much longer test drive. Dawson even said we could take it to our mechanic to have it checked out. We decided to purchase the Subaru Outback with relatively low mileage, excellent body condition and great previous service record at a very fair price. During the closing we met Dawson's dad Terry who was also courteous and accommodating and, we felt, trustworthy just like Dawson. We love our Subaru Outback and would recommend to anybody looking for a pre-owned vehicle to stop in and visit with Dawson, Terry and Brad.

These guys can be trusted 100% Brad is awesome. I live in Minnesota and saw a 2007 Lincoln Navigator on their website so I called Brad in sales he sent me a bunch of pictures of it and told me everything about it and I bought it right over the phone. I drove 350 miles and picked it up yesterday and it was even better than what he described. It is really hard to buy used cars and know who to trust I looked everywhere until I found these guys even though I live quite a distance from them I will definitely refer everybody to them and I will definitely buy my next vehicle there again. To top it off I rented a car to drive from Minnesota to Council Bluffs Iowa to pick up the vehicle I bought from Brad and he even returned my rental car for me. I will repeat this again you can trust these guys 100%. I am super fussy and not easy to sell a vehicle to but this was just a pleasure dealing with Brad. Several of my neighbors came over last night after seeing the vehicle sitting in my garage and everybody was impressed. Although we decided not to purchase the car, the experience was very nice. No pressure to buy the car and very professional, if they had the correct model for us in stock we would glady go back to do business with these guys. I believe the man who helped us was Dawson, very nice and helpful.

Very Friendly and quick service. They did an outstanding job. Very clean vehicles as well. I was in touch with Dawson and I couldnt have had a better experience. They sold a truck I was very interested in so he went out of his way to finding me a truck and I found the perfect one. Will most certainly be coming back again. Would highly reccomend!

With every car on the lot having viewable Carfax it took much of the worry out of a used car purchase. They were very fair with either offering to repair a few things or lower the price and selling as is. First used car I purchased from a dealer and would definitely go here first next time.
