Pump Haus Pub & Grill

Hadn't been to Pump Haus in decades.... there are several great options in downtown Cedar Falls. Easy to forget some of the possibilities, but met up with some friends here. Had a burger topped with pulled pork and fries along with a couple of Surf Zombies. I was impressed. Attentive service and delicious food. I don't expect I'll wait decades to get back there.

Excellent experience! I called down at 6:30 on a Saturday night and asked about their gluten free offerings for one of the members of our group and they were very helpful. Then I asked about accommodating a party of 12 within the next 20 minutes and they said they would have the table ready for us by the time we got there and they did! Our server was attentive, friendly, and fast.

Excellent service, excellent food. And the tenderloin picture speaks for itself. 🤤

Went here a few times f after work this week. Great staff and service. Food was delicious.

Alexis was the best. I was CC alone. Hungry and wanted dinner. She actually sat with me a few minutes and chatted. I really appreciated that!!! It made me feel so comfortable! Thanks Alexis.

My friends and I went here before we went out partying to pre-game but also get some food before hand as well. The drinks were great and the food even better. I loved their breaded chicken tenderloin and the fries here are delicious. Highly recommend!

This place is great. Perfect size and feel for lunch with a friend. Clean, not too bright, not too dark. Staff very casual, friendly and welcoming. Fantastic beer selection! Love this place.

Food was awesome and the person who took my order was very courteous! 5 stars all the way! I'll be coming back!!

Great place to take your kids if you're sick of "family friendly" places like Applebee's. Food was good, nice beer selection, cool setting and the kid's meals come in a frisbee.

Sit where ever you wish. Great pub atmosphere. Our waiter was very attentive the entire time. Refill of drinks, asking how the food was tasting and freeky fast delivery of everything. Everyone was on top of their game tonight.

The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. The food was on the better side of a typical bar/grill establishment. We sat in the back by the bar which got a bit loud to have a conversation, so may consider sitting near the front if that's your intent...

Fantastic Reuben that my grandmother very much approved of. I personally had the patty melt with the house made ranch coleslaw. Both extremely high quality. Thick burger patties!! Sit by the window if you come before 5pm though or the vibe may be kinda dark and gloomy, not a ton of lights but it's okay.

Worked here for over 2 years and place is great. Food awesome and owners are lovely. Would recommend!!! 😀

Our bartender was London and I have to say, she held fantastic conversation with all of her patrons and was the most interactive bartender I’ve ever had! Will definitely be back!

Family friendly by day and college bar by night. Great sports bar! Nice food menu and I recommend the Quesadilla burger. Nice beer selection compared to the other college bars in Cedar Falls. Friendly and considerate staff from what I have experienced and on one occasion during a busy hour my table was given a beer pitcher of beer because of the wait.

Absolutely amazing visit, waiter was on point with drinks and food, I ordered the steakhouse burger medium and they brought their A game because it was delicious paired with the new fries on the menu, good music and good vibes all around would highly recommend patronage here.

Burgers and beer are good. I enjoyed the breakfast burger most recently. They had a wide variety of beer and other beverage choices here now.

Come for Music Bingo
We came just for music bingo. It's great entertainment, the DJ is fantastic and it's free. You can win drinks and other prizes. We enjoyed the wings and the burgers are great.

Delicious food and great drink specials! I had the Viking and it was great, the burgers looked amazing and my wife had the fish tacos. Great fast and friendly service as well- we will definitely be back!

We had an everything wrap and shrimp tacos. Both very good, good service, fun place. Tots, onion rings, and mushroom avocado apps were also great. Great dipping sauces.
