Hy-Vee Clinic Pharmacy

Great place for your meds. Just sometimes they don't have what I need ,but they get it fast ,like the next day. Very friendly . Never have to wait very long. They even helped me when I could not afford to pay for my meds, by looking for a discount for me. I just had to give them 5 stars. If I could go higher I would.

The Glenwood Hy-Vee Pharmacy always has friendly, helpful staff and is always clean. I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes, even when they are busy. They have all of the necessities you would think a local pharmacy would have.

I stopped in last night right before closing. The pharmacist was do helpful in helping me find the right meds. He went further to tell me extra tricks to get through the procedure prep. Thank you! Definitely upholding the quality of service hy-vee is known for.

I love this pharmacy. They deliver and I cannot tell you the meaning of this service to me as I have seizures and do not Drive. Great employees and super service.

Friendly and helpful.

The young girls working at this location are rude and disrespectful. Last time I stopped in to retrieve a prescription I stood at the counter for for almost five minutes while two girls ignored my presence and refused to come around the counter to help. I think it’s time to switch pharmacies.

I waited over 10 minutes and never had anyone even acknowledge me when trying to drop off a script. I went to pick up a script and then got help, but only in getting one prescription not the two that I was supposed to have. Looking for a new pharmacy

I’ve been waiting 2 days for my pain medicine following jaw surgery. I called. I showed up in-person. They’re snotty and not at all apologetic. The last time I had a prescription filled, it took them nearly a week and they didn’t have the exact dose, so they gave me tablets that needed to be cut and I had to buy the pill cutter separately. If you’re expecting your prescription in like an hour, don’t come here. You would be totally healed by the time they felt like getting around to it. And they lie and tell you the doctor just called it in and they are backed up with 80 other orders and it’s a busier day than usual, but that’s every time you call and drive over. Never again.

The quality of service and accuracy of the Glenwood pharmacy has gone downhill for about the last year. Mistakes made are unbelievable, but it's always someone else's fault, not theirs. Medicap is looking pretty good right now.

grrrr!!! I had a refill that said it was ready for pick up yesterday. I was in the process of transferring active prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I wasted my entire lunch break and fuel in my car just to go here and have them tell me that they did not have anything filled. I had even spoke with a tech THE DAY it was filled and he said yes it will be ready in 20-30 minutes. Just for future sake if you are transferring meds from one pharmacy to another and one is currently filled, maybe call the customer and ask if they would like their FILLED one transferred as well or if they would like to pick it up at the original location! And no not DENY that the medicine was ever filled.
