Garbage Guys

We've been customers of garbage guys since they started in our community, and have had zero issues with their service. They also engage with the community, sponsoring events and donating trash cans etc.

Best rates around! Hope you guys slam a city contract with Granger! My in-laws live there and they are less than happy with Walters.

Given their massive growth in the area I don’t even see the occasional late pickup as an inconvenience. These guys are busting their butts at 7pm probably because someone quit or a piece of equipment broke down.

Hands down just an incredible company from the customer service I receive when I call or email to how friendly our service providers are. A lot of time recognition for local companies like this are overlooked, but these guys work hard and I respect and appreciate that.

Called Garbage guys this morning, about 2 bags that were left behind. Jenna answered and explained to her what had happened, she Immediately took control and said that they will be on it! Sure enough they came through again and picked everything up! You guys are awesome Great customer service! Thank you again Jenna!

We appreciate the pick up service and customer service over the phone. We used to get forgotten by our old service, and haven't had any issues since we switched.

Very happy with their service. Had chitty and then aspen after and was super happy with chitty, but not satisfied at all with aspen.

Fantastic customer service!

These guys are super nice to remind me that I forgot to move the bin 4 feet closer to the curb by simply not picking the trash up. If you live a busy life. Or are forgetful. Don’t use their services

Set out some crushed cardboard boxes next to my can. Watched the guy dump the can (also watched as he spilled some garbage and just looked at it and left it) then got in his truck and left. Did not take the cardboard. Called to ask why cardboard wasn’t taken and told I needed to let them know in advance if any cardboard was included so they could send a different truck. Huh??? Cancelling service.

A Garbage Guys truck had debris coming from their truck all over the interstate. Debris from their truck hit my windshield and put a large crack in it. As you can see in the photos the tarp was not covering all of the debris they were hauling. The driver pulled over and then took off. They are refusing to cover my windshield repair.

I would not recommend them and they need to be more responsible and make sure the things they haul are completely covered are not littering or harming property. Thank goodness the item didn’t go completely through my windshield and harm me or my passengers.

Customer service used to be top-notch. After speaking with many others, we all feel they've grown too big, too fast and can no longer offer the same level of customer service and service in general. Consider all options before choosing this company.
