Dr. Otis was so caring while I was suffering. Soft spoken, dimmed lighting and thoroughly reviewing my symptoms. I couldn't see my regular doctor at the clinic. His care was tops! I started the day with a migraine and can now write this review. I will see Dr. Otis when I am need a care on the same day!

I seen Dr Otis at Urgent Care. I have to say i wish he had a family practice. Only one time seeing him and he was so kind and caring and was willing to get me out of so much pain. He listens very well also. I highly recommend Dr Otis to anyone. Thank you Dr Otis, very few Dr's show that they actually care like you did.

Urgent care is not always where you want to be on a Sunday afternoon but Dr Otis did a wonderful job. Made my daughter feel comfortable. Very kind and very positive experience

I seldom give reviews. Dr. Otis, let me explain how I feel, my history, and what I think is happening with me. I did not feel rushed or unheard. I felt he listened, responded appropriately and gave great advice and he also understood what medication would help me to feel better. I was impressed with the office staff and his care.
