The lady that works there was super nice! She even stayed late so that I could get my order in and have it delivered on time. She made the whole process easy. Would definitely recommend them she even made it so that I could pick up in the west Des Moines Store.

Andrea was amazing to work with at the Ankeny location. She helped my husband find a new suit and helped our son find two new suits for interviews. She styled them head to toe, answered all our questions and was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location. It's our second great experience!

I'm in town for automotive certification and live in Southwest ks, I have a company Christmas party coming up and I didn't have a coat to match up my suit. So i stopped in the ankeny location and I didn't catch the gentleman's name that helped me out today but customer service was top notch. Very helpful and he taught me a few things. Great personality and knowledgeable. He was a taller gentleman with shoulder length hair. My apologies for not getting his name but I had a great experience nonetheless.

The staff personnel at this location are amazing! I have been to this location two times and have received excellent assistant both times. The first time, a lady helped me for the final fitting for my wedding and got me in a better suit size. The second time Evan helped me and my wife pick out my clothes and he was running back and forth for sizes and finding us great deals. He also helped us ya stay within our budget. I would highly recommend this location.

My husband doesn’t often wear suits and DOES NOT enjoy it when he has to, but he needed a new one for his son’s wedding. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to this shopping trip. Zach Akin approached us immediately and inquired about our needs and from that point, our shopping trip was effortless. After measuring and asking a few questions, he pulled a few suits for my husband to try, and before we knew it, we were done. He was also a lot of fun to work with, which was a big plus! We live about 1.5 hours away, and were also getting ready to travel for the wedding the following weekend. Zack graciously offered to have the alterations done that day so we would not have to make another trip. We did not take him up on his offer due to time constraints on our end, but this is an example of wonderful customer service! Great experience and would highly recommend!

We are in the beginning stages of buying our 17 year old son a suit that he will need for Senior pictures and upcoming hockey season. Today we dealt with Robin and he explained anything and everything we needed to know and ordered his first suit.
We were very impressed with Robin’s Customer Service. He was dealing with multiple customers at the same time and handled it flawlessly. I really hope Robin is there when it comes time for alterations! He should be commended for his service!

We Went to the Mens Wearhouse in Ankeny Iowa today to pick out the clothing for our wedding. The sales consultant, who’s name was RobinM was fantastic. He was direct, knew what he was taking about, was helpful with colors and what would look good together. He was friendly and fast. Thank you so much!

I came to the Ankeny store after having one of the most frustrating experiences at the West Des Moines location. So frustrating I walked out. No reason to treat someone that is wanting to give you money like the way I was greatest in West Dsm. Robbin at the Ankeny store turned my Men’s warehouse experience right around and into a positive experience. First time buying a professional suit and Robbin was the exact person that I needed to have help me. Very profession, informative, honest and calm. Will be recommending the rest of the wedding party to Ankeny and to absolutely stay away from the Des Moines location. Thanks Robbin for the fantastic experience!

I worked with Robin at the Ankeny location. The only reason I’m giving a 5 star is because of him. I was on a very tight schedule and he took care of me thru the entire process like a true professional.

When I came back later to pick up my alterations Robin was not there as he told me he wouldn’t. I was greeted by a smug gentleman at the counter dressed in shorts. He was clearly bothered by my arrival. I was not dressed professionally and he treated me as such. He did not know I just spent over $700.00 there early with Robin. He yelled at an associate in the back to find my items and then berated him in front of me while he was in the back looking for my clothes. I’m not sure if he was the manager but he appeared to be. Unfortunate. IMO Robin acted and presented himself with a level of professionalism that would bring me back to the store despite this other gentleman.

I have had multiple experiences getting rentals from this location but just purchased my first suit recently. Zach was awesome to work with. He took the time to make sure I was happy with what I was purchasing, and customer service like that shouldn't go unnoticed. I will certainly be a return customer.

We began working with Stephanie on our first trip to MW and she was amazing. She took time to assist us and listen to what we needed. We never felt rushed or put off even though it was super busy. She made our whole experience a 10+. Great employee!!! Thank you, Stephanie for all your help!!

Jessie was incredibly helpful! Came in looking for a suit that I had seen at another location and while they didn't carry it, she let me know where I may find it and even measured me so I knew my size. Great customer service, I'll be sure to come back to that location.

I brought in two suits to be tailored here. The one I got back was done perfectly, but unfortunately there was a mix up and the other was lost. Staff could not have been more professional with the situation, offered to replace the suit on the spot. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for professional attire.

I just love this store. They know what they are doing. Every time they get us exactly what we need at a more than fair price. Amazing deals, clothes always fit and look great. Superior service all the way around. Last time we came in a very nice guy by the name of Robin helped us and he was so fast and knowledgeable.

Currently going through Mens Warehouse for my wedding party. We have worked with Robin when we fit myself, my little brother, and my little cousin so far. Robin goes above and beyond and has excellent customer service. I would recommend him 10 out of 10 times. He asks the right questions and helps you get what YOU want.

The staff here is just fantastic. I'm greeted by name when I come in and I have never felt looked over. I came in to pick up some suits during Prom season and had to wait an hour due to the amount of people here- I nor anyone else felt neglected during this as the whole team ensured everyone was looked after.

Great place. Trey needed new suit for band concerts. He picked out a beautiful new black one, and a gorgeous white shirt. He was so pleased, and impressed by the way he was treated, too. Special thanks to Dave Muldenaro! Trey will definitely be a repeat customer!

was fitted for my first suit here. the gentle man that helped me was very nice he explained how the suit should fit and what alterations need to be made like shortening the sleeves and trouser legs. Will defiantly be back when I need a new suit.
