Never had a problem with this location! Usually has some pretty good games on sale, and their really good about making sure they work before putting them out. Staff is also very relaxed, and happy to have a conversation if you fall into one with them.

Manager was in. He was very helpful and nice. Always enjoy looking around finding new fun items

I was here a few days ago and the woman who was behind the counter (we live on the same street lol) was THE best!! She helped me out with a lot of info about my rewards that I had no idea about that wasn't told to me before! She even helped me upgrade my membership! Some day, I'll get my PS5!!

An amazing place for Amazing people. I always have great experience when I go here. The employees are very helpful and always keep you up to dat on the latest gaming news. Last week I ordered a headset and controller for my xbox 1 and got it at least five days later!! I'm a happy customer for sure.

I love the people that work here. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Game stop needs to step up and pay there people better!!!.

Updated review: Guy whom I talked to today was great! The guy was knowledgeable and was attentive. When I go into a specialty store I expect the people to know a few things he did not disappoint.

Great GameStop location! I live in West Des Moines but end up coming to this location on ocassion. I am always impressed by how clean and organized the store is, especially compared to some of the other stores in my area. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I have never had a bad experience here, which I cannot say about other locations.

I would recommend this Gamestop location to anyone. My only issues would be that they are quite pushy about pre-orders and reserves when you're making a purchase. Otherwise the employees are very friendly, and knowledgeable. I have never had a negative experience at this location.

For anyone else dropping reviews, please understand the pushiness is not the fault of the employees, the company is ridiculously pushy and breathes down their necks about preorders and other types of presales.

I love this GameStop. Every time I'm in, Reva is always so helpful. Tonight she taught me how to do an online hold and helped me get a game preordered, all within a couple minutes. A definite retail rockstar!

The best Gamestop with the best employees. Hands down the best place to go in the Des Moines area. The other Gamestops don't even come close to how friendly and helpful they are here.

Plus this is the only prestige Gamestop in the DSM. So win win.

Friendly service and someone there always knows your game and the system. They've improved service over the last couple years, I reccomend this location for gaming needs.

The lady looked up all we asked for and showed us extras coming out in future months. Very friendly worker, we have gone back many times in the last 3 years.
