The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I was referred by my psychiatrist due to excessive sleeping.
They were as quick as insurance allowed and even understanding when I had to reschedule an overnight study.
The rooms are very comfortable and they even have food for you when you do an overnight study.
I finally have a diagnosis.
I see the reviews on here aren’t that great, but my experience was great!

Very clean room. Tech was very good at explaining the procedure. I had a very relaxing sleep here. Dr Zorn is a very kind caring gentleman. I would come here again if needed

Pretty happy with my experience here. I was able to see a Dr. - get help and set up within about a week. Very friendly staff. Happily recommend. Sleeping better and living a better life already.

The clinic and doctor have not alleviated any root problems of my insomnia, but the doctor is knowledgeable about medications for insomnia. The meds keep me sane and functioning.

Ok services, but don't take the referral to Iowa CPAP. They where unwilling to work with insurance or assist me with working with insurance even though it was 'approved'

This was our very first experience with sleep studies ever nothing was explained to me! Expectations of me as the parent weren’t given. I was told I could lay in the bed with my son but come 4 am when my alarm went off for less than 30 sec I was reprimanded twice after I had already turned it off one of witch was her coming into the room to say I need to shut it off when it was and had already been off before she even said anything over the intercom the staff is very rude and unprofessional she came in not 5 min later saying I have an update I can stop the study most parents don’t sleep when they come they come to help ok if you didn’t want me to sleep you should have stated that from the beginning not bag at me at 4 in the morning when I’m exhausted because you have been in and out of this room all night waking both of us up! I won’t ever recommend this place again! Said she was going to call the cops on me because I raised my tone when she kept nagging and nagging and I said please just stop talking to me and take the cords off my child so we can leave it’s clear we aren’t welcome here! I will be filing a complaint about her unprofessional behavior too! Also was mad because my 3 year old potty trained son didn’t have a diaper to wear to bed and I should have been more prepared as they have to protect their beds! He’s potty trained and doesn’t wear diapers!

Update: I spoke with the administrator and she was amazing! She is going to look into it and take care of the situation! Much more pleased than I was initially

Worst medical facility ever. Waited 5 weeks after initial consult for insurance approval only to call and find out they forgot to send for insurance approval. Finally got insurance approval for test and had testing. The order for medical equipment was supposed to be sent to the medical supply store for insurance approval. Called the medical supply store today to find out status of insurance approval since I’ve been waiting almost four weeks only to find out that the Sleep Center never sent the order! Tried calling the Sleep Center but could only leave voice mails. Now I’ll have to wait again another 2-3 weeks for insurance approval, assuming they have someone competent enough to send in the prescription for the equipment and assuming someone at the Sleep Center gets my messages. What a clown show.

I came in with a concern yesterday of me falling asleep very suddenly with no notice, and Carol brushed off my concerns and told me I'd sleep better with a white noise machine. I tried telling her I can't stand white noise, but I've tried green and brown noise and she admitted she'd never heard of green or brown noise and said white noise is the way to go. She also tried telling me a diagnosis another doctor gave me of akathesia was actually just restless leg syndrome, even though what I have is brought on by mental health meds, and the meds Carol prescribed interact negatively with the meds I'm on. Not to mention she tried using my CPAP download against me saying, my download says I'm wearing it for almost 8 hours, and I told her, "wearing it doesn't equal sleep." There's a lot of times I wear it hoping I will fall asleep, but I'm wearing it for hours just laying in bed wide awake! Total waste of time seeing Carol. Everyone else I've interacted with at the office is borderline fine, but I think she's the only medical provider at this location. Every time I have gone in Dr. Zorn is never there, and I've been going for 8 years now. I genuinely think he's a myth.

After trying on my own for 2 months to even hear back I went to my physician to get a referral. A week after visiting my physician I was called and an appointment was made. I arrive at the appointment 15 minutes early per their request to be informed that I missed my appointment despite the individual on the phone arranging the time. She then had the audacity to try and have me reschedule without even understanding how difficult it was to even get a hold of somebody in the first place. Definitely seek other options because the front office makes it nearly impossible to even see the Dr.

Got referred there by my primary. Was told that when they ran my insurance to see if they would cover a home sleep test or a in person sleep test that someone would give me a call to schedule an appointment. Got the appointment and did the sleep test. Had a follow up with the NP who, without seeing me and doing all virtual, diagnosed me with restless leg. I then get a $600 bill in the mail because they don’t take my insurance even though I was told they ran my insurance. I then called the billing department to talk about this and she said she would talk to people and then either her or the manager would call me back. A few weeks later I get a call that says that they are sending my bill to collections but they never called me before to talk about. Billing lady then says she remembers by conversation but did nothing about it. You just the run around and not proper diagnosis. Won’t go here again.

The front office people were rude and demeaning. I arrived on time for my appointment, but didn't have my initial paperwork completed (I was never informed that I had to complete any paperwork). As a result, the woman who "greeted me" (without even looking up from her computer) told me (in the voice of a mother speaking to a four-year-old) that I had to stand at the front desk and complete the paperwork in three minutes. Otherwise, she threatened, my appointment would be canceled and I would have to reschedule (Oh, and that I would be charged for the office visit).

The attending doctor, though frank and honest in his assessment of my sleep problem (which I appreciated), was curt and seemed like he didn't want to be there.

All in all, this office is run like a fast food restaurant (patient in, patient out) with no concern for patient care or well-being. The bottom line is their end-goal (signing you up for a sleep study and CPAP machine). Avoid this place at all costs!

The nurse at this clinic never answers the phone. Called to re-fill a prescription a week before my son ran out of medication. It took someone a day and a half to get back to me. The nurse said she called the pharmacy and we could pick-up the prescription. Waited 40 min at the pharmacy and no prescription was called in. Son is now out of medication and the clinic will not answer the phone or return msgs. Go elsewhere for sleep disorder services. Patient customer service is a zero.

Same experience as most people. They never answer the phone, never return phone messages. Dr. Zorn changed my meds for RLS and when the med change wasn't working for me, they never returned my calls when I begging for an RX change. Dr. Zorn seems to think that my RLS can be controlled using the minimum dosage of Gabapentin after using a 2 mg Neupro patch. After 3 nights of not being able to sleep until past 3 am, I decided to change my own dosage since the office wouldn't return my repeated messages after 4 straight business days. This is the worse doctor's office I've ever experienced for patient care. There seems to be a lack of caring on every level of employee - from receptionist to PAs to the founding Doctor. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone for any type of care.

Called twice to make appointment a week ago today. Was pushed into an answering machine twice. Left a message with my information. Week later still no call back.

I don't know why you bother to have people leave their information and then just don't call them. If you don't want the business; just say so. Nothing worse than a person waiting to hear back from a message they left to realize you aren't going to get one!
