Alaskan Adventure Henry Doorly Zoo

Such a great place to go and spend the day! They have so many different animals and they looked well cared for. The staff is friendly. There are plenty of places where you can buy food or drinks and they are not terribly priced. We came during a weekday in May so the weather was amazing and it wasn't very busy!

We absolutely love this splash pad ! There are areas for young children and older kids. The facilities to change into swim stuff are clean and while small, are completely fine for families. The staff patrol frequently to make sure the kids. Playin safely. Our 13 month old love the splash pad

The absolute best time can’t go wrong the line can get long because they only allow so many people in at a time but it’s definitely worth the wait. It is free with admission of the zoo.

Great zoo! It's HUGE! There's so much to do and see. You need to plan at least an entire day. You can really spend as much time there as you want and still not see everything. My legs and back gave out before I was done. My nephew is a zookeeper there so I did get to go a little behind the scenes on a things and WOW, was that fun. But even without that, it's still incredible. You won't be disappointed. The animals are well taken care of too, you can tell.

Great addition to a great zoo, it helps my kid wanna go to the zoo more, plus a reward for good behavior walking around a really big zoo 🐐

Alaskan water park is the best part of the zoo. Hands down. If you haven't been there it's a must 💯👌

Great place for kids. My son spent about 45 mins there on a hot day and cooled off.

My daughter absolutely loves this new addition to the zoo! Very fun and safe for all ages.

Loved this exhibit/splash park. Can get very crowded but there is so much room that it was fine. Plus they had a ton of places for parents to sit in the shade. We loved it and will go repeatedly this summer.

Awesome, the kids loved it. Only allows so many kids but we only had to wait once and it was not long and worth it.

Can I say any more than most people have said about the Omaha Zoo. The Alaskan Adventure the African Adventure and the water parks. You can't even get off the interstate in the summer this place is so popular. If you live in town I recommend a season's pass, you can't go wrong. Be sure you don't miss their budgie Xzibit, where you can feed the colorful birds and they will come right to your hand. Around the corner you'll find some goats that will gladly eat the cuff off your shirt. I've been to the San Diego Zoo and the LA Zoo and what you got to remember is the Omaha zoo is almost all brand new.

Great place for the whole family to go. There is so much to do and learn there until you don't know what to see it do first. They a wonderful splash pad there for the whole family.

The zoo was very busy but it was a delightful experience. So much to see it deserves all day.

So much to see and do. Love having a pass because we come back as often as we like and stay for as little or as long as we like and see one thing or the whole place.
