Fast, and professional.
Needed a pre-employment drug test. Medix came up closest to me. Made an appointment. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment, I filled out a simple form. They called me to the back at precisely my appointment time. Peed in a cup and was done within 12 minutes after my appointment time.

Understand that if you're trying to walk-in with no appointment for a random test, you're probably going to be waiting for a bit, like you will absolutely anywhere you go.
