Great place. Haven't been to one of these in years. Also an ice cream store.

We had a wonderful experience..it's been about 13 years or more sense I have eaten here ..staff was amazing ,store was very clean ..and they were very informative on items I had questions about ..we will definitely return ..keep up the hard work blimpie!!! Food was amazing ...

Been going to this blimpies for over 20 years. Often do I look at reviews people post. Some are agreeable while others seem out of sort. I've never had a bad experience. When it comes to customer service as many who's been in customer service, knows how difficult it can be to handle difficult people. As I scroll down the reviews to the newest. I've never seen a bug my food in 20 years, I'm sure they offered to remake a sandwich as I've seen them in the past do, when a customer wasn't happy over the food they selected. However, how do you know the bug didn't come from the individual when they left the store, or entered the vehicle when they opened a door?. They are not racists and it almost sounds racist to say someone is racist when you met them a moment ago and they drug test. You can't make everybody happy but the employees try their best. Some of the reviews speak about rude staff. Never have I had that issue. More over, reviewers need to be absolute 100 percent positive when making public comments that thousand of people see and proof that they are indeed what your saying about them and a business. It's defamation of character and libel and can be sued to the full extent. So before you leave remarks that target individuals or a business as whole, be sure your facts are correct before commenting instead of just being upset and not getting your way.

Good old Goodrich! The owners are amazing 👏 Stop in and support local business! Shakes,malts,sundaes, sandwiches, everything is great!

Really good service, the food is always good. My favorite part is the ice cream the only place in town that I've found bubble gum, that I've been having since I was a kid

Loved this place. The staff had great customer service and the subs were great. Ended up eating here twice it was so good!

I have great experience at blimpies and tonight I was in there and there was a rude customer that was trying to say there was a bug on his bread when the employee stated it wasn't a big that it's the seasoning on the bread I was even there when he ordered and he was very rude but the staff was very friendly with him he left came back almost 30 mins later and was demanding his money back but the shift manager working was still nice and handled the situation great it's because the staff here is why I come back I'm always here with my family keep up the good work

Great ice cream and tasty subs!! I’ve worked at many sub shops, so I feel like I’ve tried them all and Blimpie has by far the best quality. The ciabatta is perfect and your sandwich is sliced and prepped right in front of you. My favorite place to go for lunch!

The woman was alone working, with a line out the door. She was so patient and kind and everyone else would have just walked out. She made our sandwiches perfectly and she deserves recognition. I will visit again and keep tipping really well, because I'm sure she isn't getting the praise she deserves. Wonder woman behind the counter, you are awesome and you make eating here the best option in town.

I'm not as much of a subsandwitch eater, but when I am. I tend to be picky. Blimpie was a place I really enjoyed and a place I would indeed come back to. The bread was not hard and everything was and tasted fresh. A friendly family invermennt that has been around for years, and I will continue to come to time and time again.

Better sandwich than Subway. The bread used by Blimpie is THE BEST.

Awesome experience and an awesome dinner. Watch them cut my meat right in front of me was a very different experience from subway. Definitely will be back.

The food is amazing! This location has Goodrich ice cream which is pretty amazing too.

I actually had a chocolate chip malt with extra malt and thick, from the Goodrich Dairy, which now shares the location with Blimpie's. The malt was excellent and took me back to the 1960s, 70's and 80's when business was booming for the lcecream and Dairy shop, in Council Bluffs and all over Omaha. I actually worked at 2 different locations in Omaha as a teenager. It was a fun and very tasty time for me! YUMMY!!!

Very tasty, I love the subs. Everything they make for you is on the spot and so fresh. One of the best parts is the Goodrich ice cream. Lots of flavors to pick from, it is so wonderful!

Ok, so here's the deal. Blimpie shares this space with Goodrich dairy. I was here because of Goodrich dairy. You see, I grew up here in Council Bluffs. Then moved away and have only recently returned, 40 years later. Goodrich dairy when I was young had the best milk and the best chocolate malts around. It was for this reason that we stopped today. Sadly, they don't do their own milk anymore. They handle the Hiland brand. I've tried it, not impressed. However, the chocolate malts and ice cream are every bit as good as I remember it! We bought two chocolate malts and they were fabulous! (Drops microphone)......

Blimpie has the best sandwich in town. Glad to see them hang in there with Jimmy John's and Subway on the same block. Having Goodrich ice cream does not hurt! Since I can't get Little King in CB anymore Blimpie is easily my go-to. Never has that subway-stale taste.
