We are pleased with the hearing aid she suggested for my husband’s needs. The lady who answers the phone and makes appointments is great too. Very friendly. My hearing aids were not working as they should so I called and got an appointment to have them cleaned. In a very short time they were returned to me and working as if new. I had no idea they were so dirt and wax impacted. I am now set up on a regular cleaning schedule. Fantastic, I'm glad to have such talented support. Ed

Each time I’ve been to that office; I’ve gotten earplugs; ear screens Very friendly staff they do a great job of earwax removal with kids. They do a thorough hearing screening. Staff and the assistants are very courteous and caring.! Which is a biggie in my book! I would definitely recommend them.

I was recommended to have my hearing tested by my daughter. I found out that I am not ready for hearing aids yet, thank goodness I got to see Amanda Frazier! She is the best hearing technician i have ever met. Works very patiently with her patients. So sweet, and interesting, made me want to buy aids, even though i did not need them. I know where i'll go in the future when i am rechecked. ASI Council Bluffs, is the best!

My experience with Beltone has been Excellent. I've been a hearing aid wearer for 20+ years and the Council Bluffs facility has been Wonderful. Excellent office staff (Marta) as well as the Audiologists, first Paul & now Megan. Professional as well as prompt with their service.
