Clean rooms, extremely nice and helpful staff, breakfast eas decent and reasonable prices. Not more you could ask for. Will be staying here again.

Thoughtfully enjoyed our stay at the AmericInn Council Bluffs. Nice, quiet, clean, & simple place to stay. Management is fantastic!

I was on my way from Colorado to Wisconsin when my truck broke down. I enjoy Wyndham hotels and was excited to see one se close to where I broke down. I was greeted by the nicest gentleman who graciously let me park my truck and rv trailer in their parking lot and take up several of their parking spots in the back. He let me know that I had 2 accounts and gave me the information to call and get those accounts merged. The room was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The lobby was spotless. And the breakfast provided in the morning was awesome and delicious. The next time I'm on my way through and need a place to stay, I will be sure to book a room here. I felt very safe as they have security cameras in the parking lot and the police station was directly behind the hotel. There was ample food options around the hotel and it was a good place to stay for the night!

I just stayed four days and it was great. The front desk people were very friendly and accommodating. The lobby smelled very good and clean, as if they were sanitizing frequently. There was a plastic shield in place to create a barrier between the front desk and the customer. The halls were clean and smelling great, so much so I asked the front desk for information regarding what they use so I could buy some myself. I am a frequent traveler and it was the best smelling hotel I had ever stayed in. Pool was available for less than ten people total. Most of the time we had it to ourselves. Pool was warm and clean. The room was very nice, smelled great and very clean. There was one outlet in between the beds since the hotel was an older site but it was remedied by them providing an extender with 3 additional outlets. Definitely worth my $60/night deal I got on priceline. I will definitely stay there again, as I frequent Council Bluffs area to visit family. I have used other hotels, this was my first time staying at this one and I guarantee this is now my to-go hotel for the future. I liked it so much this became my first review of a hotel despite traveling much and even staying in some sketchy places 😁. This clean, friendly hotel deserves my five stars. Highly recommend.

I can not complain!! However, if you want the nice, big comfortable room you need to make sure you reserve the Deluxe King!! We stayed 3 nights and it was almost like a studio apt. The housekeeping staff was super friendly and helpful!

Room was very clean, they're definitely on top of their cleaning during Covid-19. Friendly staff, solid breakfast selection (cereal, fresh waffles, fruit), coffee was pretty good too. Fair warning, pool is closed for the time being. Overall, great room for the price.

Great experience! My boyfriend and I are on our way to Vegas, so we decided to drive and make a road trip out of it. Our original plan was to stop in Des Moines, Iowa but unfortunately there wasn’t a single hotel with a room for the night because of a state wide track meet. We were tired, hungry, and needed to get out of the car. We made the decision to look into Council Bluffs area which was a blessing because there was a room at this location. They didn’t mind that we were showing up around 9pm, which was great! When we arrived we were greeted by what we believe was the owner. He was super nice. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hot breakfast in the morning was amazing! Great for getting the day started. On our way back home we are thinking bout stopping at the same place for the night as well. Super happy! They are so nice.

And i could i would make it a hundred star the service was incredible they were doing summary placing up carpets and they were very careful for it not to bother the customers the hotel Staff as well as the company replacing the carpets were so nice and tried so hard to make it convenience We are over the road truckers and we would hope To return here one day again more stars than you offer it's a great little place Not to mention the police station is right behind it said you couldn't be safer

We were delayed when traveling home post-eclipse and were surprised to find a room available on such a heavily travelled day. Wasn't sure what to expect, it's not much to look at from outside. But the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, very, fresh, and very comfortable. Also surprisingly quiet despite facing I-80. Slept like a rock and had a nice hot breakfast.

The hotel was comfortable, the room was very clean, the bed was confortable and bathroom was spotless. Waited a little for the front desk staff to get there and then she was friendly but brusque. A good place to rest after a long day on the road.

Let me tell you a story....My boyfriend and I were making the big move from Fargo to Austin and spent the night here. We had everything horrible happen to us during this trip. We narrowly avoided a tornado, our moving truck had a flat tire, and our apartment in Austin had fallen through on our way down (no exaggerations here folks). The last straw was that we had left our piggy bank at this hotel, in the lobby, because we were exhausted. The piggy bank was filled with moving cash that I had sold all of my furniture and artwork for in order to make this move happen. We cried, and we cried harder when I had called and was told it was nowhere to be found. We felt horribly sick knowing that anyone could have taken it, and hoped that whoever did really needed it. About an hour later, the manager, Rick C. had called. He went the extra 1000000 miles and looked at security footage and found we had left it in a corner in the lobby. He patiently kept it safe for us while we navigated our move, and is shipping it back to us. That meant everything. We can't thank Rick enough for being such a kind human being and helping us out when we were struggling so hard! 15/5 stars.

Excellent. The people that work their are very nice, polite, friendly, and helpful. The place is extremely clean, the free breakfast is better than any other hotel I've stayed at and the price is the best around. They also have an indoor pool that is warm. I would recommend this place to everyone who comes to this area cause its the best.

We love it here! My family has been going through a rough patch & we're here for an extended stay, but the staff here is so friendly & helpful & it definitely has made all the difference in the world for us! It's clean, very comfy, there's plenty of ammenities & nearby businesses, & the continental breakfast is wonderful. And all for a great price!! I wouldn't stay anywhere else in town, & I absolutely recommend the AmericInn!!

Great place for the price. With a pool that is actually heated and warm. A sauna and a gym. Also the rooms are big and the beds are super comfortable. This will be the hotel I always go to when in town. And the people are very friendly and helpful. I have nothing bad to say because this is one of the best stays I have had. Thank you Americinn.

Booked the wrong hotel last week on our way to the zoo stayed one night and decided to switch to the americinn. The weekend manager is always plesent and the room was so clean. We love swimming in the pool!!

Right off interstate..easy to find.Cozy Serta bed with a Serta sofa sleeper in it. Heater worked great in winter.. Indoor heated pool was warmest in town! I enjoyed the sauna too before calling it a night.family oriented- excellent breakfast

We got a king bed deluxe room. We LOVED our stay at the AmericInn. It was our first time. Definitely recommend this place. We slept great!

Super helpful and friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Fun pool and an amazing breakfast assortment. We will be returning again and I highly recommend.

I took parking spot of manager but we connected and wished each other a happy new year. Great conversationist and gave tips on food/area. Thank you for Frontline upgrade.
