Got a 65 inch tv for pre Black Friday. The sales person was very knowledgeable about smart TVs, and I myself did some homework and product reviews. Got the TV on sale and was even put on my car.

I bought a class phone case, for my new phone, and it chipped within less than a month. I contacted customer service and they replaced it for free. I took it into Best Buy and switched my cracked one out for a brand new one. Customer service has always been very helpful at this location.

I actually had a really great experience. It was black Friday, so it was hectic. The cashier (who was in training) did an amazing job. Everyone was still friendly, considering the shopping frenzy. I've always had a good experience at this Best Buy.

I cannot share how great the service was. I worked with Billy on a headset replacement and he did so much for me to get me taken care of I don't have the right words to express my gratitude. He needs a raise for sure. If anyone from corporate read this please this man was way above and beyond and he needs to be recognized for outstanding service.

I have zero sense of mechanical or electrical type problems. When I went to my nearest Best Buy, an employee led me straight to the solution to my problem, then gave me a slow, detailed explanation how to use the product. It worked perfectly the first time.

So I came in because my kid looked up things on this and computer that I no longer wanted to be seen. I started crying to one of the tellers and explained everything not only did she help me clear the whole computer, but she gave me a big O hug and walked me through every thing I needed to do as a parent. I am so amazingly happy for your service. Thank you so much for everything you're done you guys are amazing people and I could not be more thankful to have you. I went to Best Buy for a pick up for my son and the only hiccup was I had to wait for someone for almost 10min. I know it's hard when you don't have the staff but they need a floater to cover when needed. Since Covid I have a new found respect and a ton more patience. So as soon as the employee came from lunch or a break he helped me out and I had the gift for my son. Another thing I did when I was in store is get a new screen protector and have the geek squad install it. The gentleman at checkout was great and had my screen protector checked in for lifetime warranty quick. Then I took the screen protector to the great staff in the geek squad. I gave them my phone and while I walked around with my son they had the new screen protector installed perfect and dust free. I do worry about how long Best Buy can keep going I feel like there is less and less in store products and they fill the space with tvs.

I always find something interesting to purchase here. They have a friendly staff that doesn't pressure customers. Best Buy is competitive with their prices. I've been shopping here at the South County location for over 20 years.

Home computer problems. Set an appointment and arrived about 10 minutes early. Right at scheduled time I was seen. Assured me they could repair it and I would hear from them. Courteous and helpful. It was repaired and ready when stated. Great!

I recently had a remarkable customer service experience at Best Buy, thanks to the outstanding efforts of Jernia, the manager on duty during my visit. I encountered an issue with an appliance being out of stock, which was scheduled for delivery the next day. Jernia went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
Kudos to Jernia for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into a very positive experience at Best Buy!

My wife and I came in today to have our I-pad looked at by Geek Squad, little did we know we hit the jackpot with Daniel, he greeted us with a smile, answered all our questions and fixed our i-pad in just a few minutes. Thank you Daniel for a wonderful experience.

Always nice associates who are there to help but without making it feel like there hounding you or pushing an item for a sale. We rarely have any issue with anything we buy at this store but recently we had ordered a mixer which was defective right out of the box, there was something wrong with the head when we tried to put on an atachment it would get stuck on the shaft it myst gave been bent or sized wrong, and when we took it into the store they opolagized for the trouble and odered another without any trouble. Always a great experience at the south county store.

Came in today to upgrade my current Apple Watch to the Apple Watch series 8. While I was waiting to be helped I was looking at Apple Mac book pros. Raj came and introduced himself and gave me nothing but wow customer service. He was very knowledgeable he had answers to every question I could ask. Not only was he able to answer my questions he also helped me pick out my new Apple Watch which I did buy. All I can say is Raj is an amazing worker. I will definitely be back and will be asking him for assistance.
