You have some of the best staff. Always friendly taking the order, up to window greeted with a smile. Very rarely a mistake. If there is one it is corrected right away with no issues. The egg bites are awesome. I always seem to get the young ladies, and I just couldn't drive away without tipping. Great job. Take a bow. You all deserve it.

This girl, I don't know her name, she is the friendliest employee at any drive thru! So cheerful and lovely! Got my cappuccino and Muffin very fast. Everything was perfect. Yay!

Both of our drinks were phenomenal! It was a drive thru, but the baristas made small talk and were friendly.

The girl at drive Thur was very nice my dog loves the pup cups 😊

We have to get more consistent with those chocolate chip cookies! Sometimes delicious.. Sometimes it's cardboard

Staff is super friendly! We advised them that they’re speaker was super low! Hard to hear but they were super helpful and advised us that it is something corporate is working on! Sounds like corporate needs a little push tho! It makes is frustrating for the customer and I feel like creates more unhappy customers just for the lack of being able to hear them especially with traffic.. please help get them a new speaker system so they can keep being amazing and we can hear them through the speaker.

I ordered an iced matcha and a hot salted caramelicious, and I have to say, the service was awesome. I didn’t catch her name, but the blonde girl who was working at 5pm today (01/07/23) was super sweet. The drinks were delicious, too! Thank you :) 5/5

I had a really amazing experience with the employee named Valeria. She dealt with my order well, had good positive attitude, and overall a great person to have seen working there! This girl really deserves that raise!

This is a drive-thru only scooters however that doesn't take away from the atmosphere. I love the Snickers smoothies or otherwise known as the turtle smoothies and I've had their muffins and cookies and they're all delicious. Definitely a must go to.

I absolutely LOVE this location. I have one that's actually closer but go out of my way to see the ladies at 16th. The GM is AMAZING. They are always so sweet to me and ask me how my day was. I've never had a rude or unhappy employee. You guys are doing awesome keep up the good work and thank you again for this morning 😊

This place can be busy, however when you can stop by and chat with the ladies, they are quite wonderful. Everyone of the girls who has worked at this location, loves my two dogs and does a wonderful job making my mocha. I have never had to argue, debate or take issue with them on my order. They have been entirely respectful to me, and easy to interact with.

Again, they do get busy at times, however they do their best to get the customers through quickly. Even when I have had to wait for my turn, it has not been an unpleasant experience. They took the time to still engage with me, even if there were people behind me.

The girls here are always so sweet, and you can tell they are all multitasking and working together.

I love this place it really is fast moving and the drinks are always on point.. don't forget to tip!

My favorite scooters! And this morning I was getting coffee and smoothies for my family and I let a car go ahead of me to get in line, they paid for one of my drinks! :D thank you to them and I was able to pay it forward and I paid for the person behind me because I took a little long paying trying to use a gift card.
It literally pays to be kind! <3 :] Keep doing what you do best scooters! I never go anywhere else for coffee!
