Blake was very helpful when I needed my car battery tested. Dead. He explained the different options for a new battery and my car was soon running smoothly again.

Robert was a very knowledgeable tech with quick service on battery testing and installation. Definitely an asset to this store. Was in and put in under 30 mins and he was busy with three customers prior to myself.

Tyler and the team were extremely informative and helped me step by step in how to get my car working again!

Was able to make online order but sent it to the wrong store for pickup. The counter personnel gave me a great experience with exchanging the store so I could pick my products up. So yes great job guys.

Had my car battery checked and replaced. While the battery check was inconclusive, given my alternator was working, I decided on my own to have the battery replaced because I didn't want to be stranded with a car that didn't start. They were great at replacing the battery, which in my case, required the removal and replacement of car frame parts to get to and remove the battery. They were very busy with other business deliveries and I appreciated them getting my battery replaced in about 30 mins. Please like my review if you found it helpful!!

Robert was excellent. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable - tested my battery, determined was bad and recommended a replacement. He installed a new one, cleaned the wiring and I was on my way in less than a half hour. Great service. Thank you

My boyfriend and I have had to make serval visits just doing some maintenance on one of our cars. Robert is hands down the most helpful person we’ve come across in this journey. Always had a answer for us so if you need car expertise look no further! Won’t be back to an O’Rileys ever again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tested my battery, proved it had gone bad, and got a new one installed in just a few minutes, while they juggled a few other customers. Very polite. A busy parts store is always a good parts store. People trust this location a lot, you can tell.

Great customer service! I went in for a battery and Robert was so helpful and got it all installed in my daughters car. We had actually stopped at another Auto Store down the road and the customer service was not good. I knew Advanced Auto would be better so we left the other store. I’m so glad we did! Needed a headlight changed so I called and asked if they installed them if i bought it. He said not usually but he would be glad to help me out.Blake gave Super friendly service, was very helpful, talked to my kids while we waited and installed my light. Thankful for friendly people!!

I am a regular here and I have never been let down. Every single employee I have spoken to had mechanic level knowledge on the parts I was buying. They've even suggested cheaper items to save me money on smaller jobs. One time the manager even helped me fix a broken part I had because they didn't have a replacement in stock.

TLDR; If you are in Olathe, don't go to any parts store except this one

Absolutely amazing staff. They were so friendly and helpful. I first went to autozone and the staff were completely unhelpful, rude, and were jacking around and laughing in the back instead of helping me so I came here. These guys were more than happy to help and they got me exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this location.

Fast, friendly and efficient. Only one inside sales staff and he was extremely busy selling me at battery and installing it. Both of his drivers were out on runs and he had a line of people waiting for him when he was done with me. My observation was this store was under manned.

I use this location to pick up parts that I order online. There’s always coupon codes that make it cheaper than O’Reillys or Autozone most of the time. Order is usually ready for pickup within 30 minutes.

I needed a new battery and have always had good success with Diehard. I found out that they now carry Diehard and went into the store in Olathe. The Man in there was very helpful, friendly and fast. He came out and switched it out and it took him less than three minutes to do it. I will do business with them again.

I came here with a problem with my light not working & a wire out of place on my car. I spoke with a wonderful gentleman named Randy. He was spactaculor at helping me & gave great customer service. I am highly satisfied, this guy needs a promotion ASAP. Thank you so much Randy for your help I'm a satisfied customer I left with a huge smile on my face. Thank you thank you thank you. 5 stars. Nice guys here. Due to covid-19 they are not performing OBD scans but the employee there still allowed me to borrow his tool to check my code. And they had my online order ready to go as well. Thanks!!

Great customer service, found the issue for my car for free.

My windshield wiper flew off in the middle of a torrential downpour, driver's side, of course. I made it to Advance Auto Parts and they helped me find the right wiper and even installed it in the rain. I was very grateful for their service and willingness to help!

The service reps at this store are awesome boys friendly knowledgeable take take the time to help you outhe rewards program is awesome also
