Kohl's

They have 3 different brands of lipstick I was looking for that are healthy. Associate was very helpful and friendly. She gave me my $5. discount for my birthday.

Had a very nice shopping experience at Kohl’s in Olathe. Very kind and pleasant Cashier. Very patient and understanding of my return, repurchase, and payment process.

The Kohl's in Olathe does a wonderful job with customer service. Items can be easily returned with or without a receipt. I often will order online and pickup the item in the store when that option is available. Pickup is fast and easy, and is located just inside the front door for quick access. Customer service associates are friendly and helpful. Checkout is typically fast, even on those days when lines tend to be long, and all registers are staffed when needed.

The store is neat and clean, merchandise was displayed nicely, the staff is well trained and friendly as well as efficient.

I tried to fulfill an Instacart order here on Sunday but arrived 10 minutes before closing. The employees were so nice and helped me find the order items or replacements and got me checked out while reassuring me that I was fine and not bothering them. Very kind people.

I had a great experience at this Kohls. I like that they stay open until 10:00, and the store seems a little tidier than the other locations. It’s worth the extra 10-15 minutes in the car. The associates (for Kohls and Sephora) were also extremely friendly!

After the ABC report on Target and Walmart taking the plastic bags we initially intended to be recycled but taking them just to a regular landfill (which I can do from home btw), Kohl's was the one store that actually takes the bags to recycle. That's the spot I trust.

I go here with my mother, if that says anything. It is the store you end up there forever because you just keep finding stuff on sale. Today when checking out we spent 350$. Our "Total Savings" was 1,350$. If that doesn't tell you how great the store is, I don't know what will.

The shopping is great, they always have great deals, the employees are always very kind and helpful, and I love the ease of Amazon returns.

I love this place! I was there Saturday afternoon and Neel Mithaiwala was very helpful to my family and I. We’re a big believer in winning with people and definitely lived out our values. Super cool, highly recommend this place! Neel definitely made this our favorite spot!

My family and I found ourselves at Kohls this evening, looking for funeral attire. When we got to the check out, we were assisted by Adam. Kohls is great, but the Amazon returns they have there is the reason I normally visit this location! Quick in and out (unless you want to use the 15% off coupon Amazon gives you for the returned item!!)
