Chelsie helped me get a new line added to my account for my daughter that just got her first phone! She was super sweet and attentive to my family as well as another couple that was in there getting stuff transferred at the same time as us. She told me she used to be a server and I personally think that’s what made her so great at her job! Thank you so much Chelsie!

Our family have been using Verizon services for almost 20 years and always been treated wonderful! When I say service, I mean both the wireless phone service and the amazing services that all the people working at Verizon. Two days ago, Hark greeted us at the Verizon store. His professional attitude, patience, and consideration touched us again. Employee like Hark is the foundation of success of Verizon. Definitely we will follow up with you guys:)

Hello! MY husband and I came in tonight after we got off work and Chelsie Nelson helped us with our upgrade to our phones. She was very knowledgeable, personable, super friendly and just over all went above and beyond the expectations. She made this visit very easy and smooth for these upgrades. I went in to purchase Verizon Home Internet. Chelsie assisted me. She was friendly, kind, competent and very helpful. She was right, setting up our internet was simple and fast. I will definitely seek her out in the future when we update our phones. We have been Verizon customers for about 20 years, and with service like Chelsie provided, we will continue to be.

Went in today to ask questions about plans and get a phone upgrade done. Leo was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, and it all went so smoothly and quickly!

Came back to upgrade my wife's phone as well and was helped by Hark. He was great! He gave my wife and I a smooth and efficient experience and was super helpful! 5 stars!

Chelsea helped my upgrade process go very smooth and quick! There were no issues with the process and the customer service was great as well.

I came in to get information about traveling abroad before my family goes on a trip and Chelsie explained everything perfectly. She let me know I have some upgrades available and will be sure to go right back to her when we get back!

Turned in my son's old phone and got my voicemail pin reset today! Thank you to Chelsie and Hark for all the help! Chelsie was patient and called customer support with me to reset my password and Hark was able to hard reset my son's phone in order to trade it in. I'll be recommending my friends to come all here in the future! Excellent customer service, greeted as soon as we walked in!

I was super skeptical picking up a brand new phone so close to Christmas. However, I was completely blown away by this location, and specifically Gabe who works here.
He single-handedly took care of every single need before I even had to ask. He was thoughtful, detailed, and beyond helpful! Without a doubt, I will come back to this location again, and specifically ask for Gabe! Thank you for making Christmas extra special this year!!

I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years. This is the friendliest Verizon store I have been to by far. Gabe was just great! He was so helpful. The whole vibe of the store is upbeat and positive.

Chelsea was outstanding!
My husband and I struggled for days trying to resolve a port transfer issue; Chelsea listened patiently, was very kind, and advocates for her customers. She made certain to resolve all issues with my cellular and network connection before I left the store today.
So grateful for employees like her who go above and beyond for us!

My wife and I visited the TCC Verizon store today to get set up with new iPhones. Our Customer Service representative Chelsie was very helpful and knowledgeable! She worked to get both of us the best deals and was able to transfer all our data from our old iPhones to the new ones without a hitch. She has amazing people skills, and we left the store feeling as if we had made a new friend.

Best customer service I have seen in a very long time. I had purchased 2 phones on the Verizon website. This was transferring Android to Apple.
I had all sorts of issues that stemmed from Consumer Cellular{ATT towers}. Tired of going outside and dancing to get signal. Chelsie Nelson worked with this for I do not know how long. So long ,I felt guilt . Additionally, without one second of leaving my project, she fixed a porting issue with another client. Always pleasant and focused on the tasks. Never even hinted frustration . Chelsie was fantastic 6 star performance! In a 5 star system .Thank you Chelsie.

We have been to another Verizon store in the KC metro and got nowhere. Chelsie in Olathe was wonderfule. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and did more than she needed to do to set us up with a new phone and watch. Thank you Chelsie!

I tried to make the switch from Samsung to iPhone. I tried!!! Hark set me up and made the transition as seamless as possible. Leo gave additional support and answered a ton of questions a few days later. Ultimately, I'm a Samsung girl and that is all there is to it. Hark helped me go back to my first love and set me up with the brand new Samsung and I couldn't be happier!!
