Carlton is a representative for Robert's Furniture. He's so polite and friendly whenever I go into the store. I've been a customer for years and he's always the same friendly person. I may not come back for 5 years or more but he remembers who I am and treats me with respect at all times. Very happy customer

Sales guys were very helpful and patient with us. The explained the financing in easy to understand ways. Prices are fair.

I had a wonderful experience working with Perry. He stayed with me the entire visit to answer all my questions about the furniture that I was interested in and mattress selection. Perry and Carlton were great to work with.

These guys are awesome! Customer service was great. We ended up getting a discount for a floor model. It’s well built and very sturdy. I used the financing in store and was approved instantly. They helped us load the couch on our truck and we were in and out of the store within an hour. I’d definitely shop here again!

Susie Cooper was a a great help finding exactly what I was looking for. I had been to hundreds of furniture stores looking for a couch to fit my yacht without any luck and within minutes of walking into Roberts I was purchasing my new couch. Carlton felt oke I was talking with family. He helped us find the perfect dresser for my daughter. I will be coming back for my living room and guess bedroom.

I am currently waiting on my delivery and assembly. Susie and Carlton were very personable and helpful. I think that I will enjoy this new table, which should blend nicely with the chairs that I already own .

Wendel was friendly and knowledgeable. We felt very appreciated. They have a very good showroom with lots of options.

I enjoy going in and looking at all the furniture and daydream about how I could decorate with Robert's Furniture. But because I'm not financially able to buy like I want to, I can only daydream about it. We've decorated two bedrooms with Robert's Furniture and looking forward to doing more business with Robert's Furniture.

Wendell & Carleton were amazing! They let us take our time to shop and they waited for us to ask our questions! They were so personable! We had no pressure to buy anything, let us take pictures to make sure we were happy with our decision!

They had a lot of varieties in their store, and I found something in there that I like. Very professional and polite of being a customer as soon as they walk in the door. Also I have gotten something from them a year ago or maybe two years ago maybe longer than that but the customer service is great

We ordered a power sectional couch and white 70in tv stand. Great customer service and they make sure to give you the best offer on couches and anything else with home furniture.

I received a warm welcome and the representative were very knowledgeable. The furniture were very pleasing to the eye and price as well.

I was looking online for something special, I found it I called Roberts. The gentleman checked to see if they had it in stock.
They did.I went out a couple hours later, Pcked it up.The whole transaction took about 50 minutes. Good job

A gentleman by the name of Ed helped me out and set me up with a bed that fit my budget. I stopped at 8 different locations before landing here and was treated with a lot of hostility and pressured into buying. It was not till I arrived at Robertson that I got treated like a person. Ed walked me through a lot of their options and custom fit a bed, bowstring, and frame that was well within .y budget. I highly recommend you check them out if you are in the market. I will definitely be back in the future.
