Loving the new construction and upgrades they did at the end of 2022. The staff were friendly and said my little boy was cute, too. The 8 slurpee flavors are great. It's also conveniently located just up the road from Briarfield Park.

The place was quiet but overall good hard working employees

Exceptional service / attentive interactions

The employees should be trained on how to enter Exxon Rewards or..... have someone there who knows how. The gas pumps are Exxon Mobil, and some employees don't know how to work the system.

So over the last few weeks I started going to this location again and every time the parking lot is cover in trash the trash cans are full and or over flowing the restrooms are dirty and no soap or paper towels.... the grab and go food is usually timed out and hard but if your hungry you will buy it any ways because no choice when stopping in real quick on way to work... I was going to not say anything but I brought my own cup in and got ice and water and the cashier charged me for it I told him the sign says it's free if you use your own cup 🥤 he said the ice is the water is not... thats very upsetting and I don't know why you have 2 cashier if only one register is open and there is a line... oh wait it's so they can talk to each other and not greet the customers and treat us like we are inconveniencing them and there conversation

And the major mellon still does not work sometimes a mystery yellow liquid comes out but major mellon is pink so dont know what's going on

Always out of something some days its straws others foam cups they never have major mellon mtn dew... half the employees you can tell don't want to be there, i get asked for money outside almost every time I go sometimes (daily) even the employees have a "buss fair tip cup" something, I think that they definitely need to work on some things I heard that this is supposed to be a model store... guess I know why all the other ones are bad too, I was happy going to this location but the last straw was when I went to buy a 6 pack of cookies and it was WAY more expensive than than yesterday. I brought it up with the cashier and she said "they are bigger and you were under charged then" there are so many gas stations/convenience store on mercury just go to one of them would be my recommendation
