She really is the best stylist and sweetest person ever!

Found her on FB Glam page. Scheduled multiple weeks in advance. Then the day of, within hours of the appointment she asked to reschedule or cancel because she had car issues. Never reached back out to me to reschedule. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because she at least reached out prior instead of having me drive all the way from KC MO to Olathe.

I saw Jessie off and on for over a year, and during the span of a year there were a few instances of poor business management, but I’d like to think I’m an understanding human so I let it go. These instances involved last minute appointment cancellations and waiting an hour or more for an appointment. Most recently, I was scheduled to get a new install for extensions, I gave Jessie over a 30 day notice for when I needed this done by. Jesssie then proceeded to cancel my install appointment 3 times. We finally agreed to a date that she would do the install of the new hair and she text me an hour before telling me to come later due to another appointment running long, which is fine. I showed up and Jessie asked me if she had ordered my hair. To which I replied, “no you did, I came in here a few weeks ago with my old hair for a color match. You matched me fo the girl in your chair and you said you would order it”. She agreed with this encounter and proceeded to tell me she forgot to order it but the hair is local so not a problem she would get it tomorrow when she was going to a class to further her education aboit said hair. I then received a text that the hair rep was “let go” and that she could not get hair today, for the rescheduled appointment but would then reschedule for later this week. I had previously told her that I would not be able to reschedule due to life events. I then reminded her that “today is the only day I am free”. It’s been 6 hours, my appointment time has passed and Jessie has never responded. Jessie is very sweet but I believe she really needs to get her business practices underway or she is going to end up with no clients at all.

I didn’t even get an appointment! I reached out to schedule an extension consultation. She canceled on me as I was on my way to the appointment, and again when I rescheduled, so twice! The third time I canceled on her because I realized this is a pattern of hers. She used her kid as an excuse but if you follow her on instagram, it seems like maybe partying is the real excuse. I don’t have a lot of free time and if I’m going to commit to extensions I need someone reliable! Shes definitely not that.

She is extremely flaky. Content to leave hey clients hanging and not show up to appointments without any warning. Extremely unprofessional booking multiple people at a time causing an hour session to sometimes extend passed 3. I wouldn’t recommend.
