Great place always friendly staff and generally have everything I need, except the engine air filter but that thing is just a pain to find anywhere. But yeah I walk in and my boy Rodney says “welcome to the autozone it’s the automatic zone where we take you to the bone zone like fro zone from incredible two zone, can I interested you in a back rub?” Gets me every time Rodney. You dawg. But I’m all seriousness this is a great place and generally my go to for the things I need for my vehicles.

Absolutely amazing service! Was in a bind with a burned out lightbulb before a long trip with a quick turnaround, and they reinstalled the bulb. Jonathan was phenomenal the whole time! I would come back in a heartbeat for future service.

So very thankful Auto Zone, and specifically this store was open. Needed a battery and they were the only ones who would install! Super friendly and glad Jonathan helped me out. Above and beyond service at -3 degrees.This is now my new go to auto parts store. Stay warm!!!

What a great place! I came in with a sluggish battery and Jonathan tested it, it came back as bad, he sold me a battery and put it in within a few minutes. The price was better than what I looked up online for my car. It was so easy!

Bought a new battery from this location almost two years ago. I have 2016 Accord and apparently they eat through batteries. The battery was still under warranty so they replaced it for free. The tech was kind enough to install it for me as well. Not a hard job but a relatively dirty one when you’re in work clothes. I appreciate their quickness and professionalism. Back on the road with no issues.

The gentlemen working helped install a new battery in below freezing weather. They were super nice and helpful!

In January of 2023, I purchased a battery (group size 26) for my Subaru. Fast forward to June and I start having issues. Mechanic says the proper size is group 25. I return to AutoZone where Logan helped me with a hassle free switch and install.

The other staff member was super helpful as well. The store is clean and well-organized.

Of note - the story is VERY busy at 5-6p during the week. Logan and his team did a wonderful job with everyone.

Logan went above and beyond to help me get a fix and on the road for a big move. Highly recommend. Helped me get all the tools and parts, along with helping me with an extra issue!

Logan and his team have been nothing but helpful every time we come into the store. They educate us, help us quickly find what we need and go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of in any way possible. We are so grateful for them and what could rather be a stressful time for car owners is handled with ease.

My experience this AutoZone was amazing. Gail on Wednesday December 7 helps me get my license plate back on my car even though it wasn’t her job to assist in anyway it’s above and beyond things that truly make me wanna be a customer and shop hear more in the future. Thank you so much Gail! We appreciate your help and expertise.

Had what I needed in and out of the store in 5 minutes.

We bought a battery and had it installed in under an hour.

Extremely huge thank you goes out to Jeremy, I believe the manager. He was so very helpful with a battery situation I was having on a very, very hard day. He doesn’t know it but I was struggling to hold in tears, not because of battery . He didn’t hesitate to take a look and offer some suggestions of how to best help me out. He got some tools together and quickly got things up and running. I am so great full Nd I hope he knows how much his kindness touched my heart.

Tiffany was phenomenal! I had to run in during lunch to have my battery checked and she checked the alternator (was good) and the battery (bad) and got a new battery switched out in minimal time. She was also very friendly and helpful throughout the process, even though it was darn cold outside! I was able to get back to work without going over my allotted lunch period. Kudos again to her and to the store in general!

I went in needing help with my blinker. One of the store managers came outside and got a tool kit to help remove my back light. He told me which light I needed to fix. I already had the bulb I needed so I didn’t end up having to purchase anything, but he didn’t charge me anything to help me fix my blinker. He was super helpful and had wonderful customer service. I will definitely be going back to this store for any car needs.

Store manager replaced my battery and corroded terminal connection when it was -5 outside. Couldn’t have been a more stand up gentleman. Excellent service!

Great experience working with store manager on my battery replacement. They were short-staffed (just him) and he just kept apologizing as he tried to juggle things--no worries, did great work, super friendly and happy to be a customer!
