Rick is one of those insurance agents who become a close friend and like family. Before you know it, you'll be with him for 20 years and he's taken car of not only you auto and home policies, but also your life insurance and retirement funds. Had to call Country Financial 2 months in a row to get payments refunded after I canceled our policies. They informed me that they were waiting on our agent to sign off on the cancelation. Never heard from him the entire year we were his clients. I emailed him about getting my cell phone replaced after it had broke and he never returned my emails. He made it clear that we were just a paycheck and once the policies were signed he had nothing to do with us.

Couldn’t ask for a much worse experience with my agent. After a divorce and separating our policies, I was charged for payments I shouldn’t have been. Instead of just making it right, I had to go back and forth for months with him before receiving the check. Any mistake that would happen he would automatically divert the blame to the “system” or “billing”, refusing to take accountability for his own mistakes.
