Mazuma Credit Union - Olathe

I usually work with Ian and he has been so helpful with my many, many needs and requests opening, connecting, correcting accounts, changing names, and a bunch of other nonsense. He always recognizes me when I call, come in, or go through the drive through.

Everyone else is always super friendly and helpful, too. Very easy to work with.

Highly recommend.

We came in to add signatories to our account and they were fast and very efficient. Icing on the cake was all the activities they had for our toddler boys; coloring books, fidget toys, building blocks, etc. So so glad to have them in the neighborhood!

I was struggling with issues at an actual bank with accomplishing what I thought was rather simple requests. I arrived at this branch extremely frustrated as I hold a savings account with the credit union. The staff - but especially the manager - looked past my crankiness and helped me formulate a solution that was within their scope but also helped me achieve my goal. I don't know why I continued to use a bank when this credit union makes me feel like I'm family or a very close and trusted friend! I would recommend this branch to EVERYONE who hates banking and all the hassles with it. These people actually DO care about you as a person, not just an account.

It was an amazing experience for my family and I. The service was fast, and the staff police. Bonus: they had activities to keep the kids busy while I signed all the documents.

I've been with Mazuma Credit Union for well over a decade and have no complaints. I moved over to Olathe and so I started using the new branch on Santa Fe where I have yet to have a bad experience, everyone has always been very professional and welcoming.
I recently ran into some trouble with my debit card info getting stolen while I was on the coast and my card had to be canceled. I called the Olathe branch and I was helped by a someone named Trinity, she was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond even after we hit a couple hurdles. Trinity and the people at that branch were sympathetic and found a way to make sure I could still have access to my account while out of state.
Mazuma did themselves a great service when they hired her. Sincerely, thank you all again for your help!

I visited the Olathe branch early May, 2023 to discuss the possibility of extending the due date on my vehicle loan. I was greeted by Trinity Brothers who was attentive and listened to my concerns. She followed up with me as she committed and today the transaction was completed, and I am so relieved. I am so please I am thinking of moving my checking/savings accounts to Mazuma. Trinity made a lasting, positive impression on me as well as Mazuma!! Good job Trinity!!!

I started a not for profit social welfare organization this year. Kendall was such a huge help getting a bank account set up for us! I couldn't have done it without him. All the other banks I went to weren't helpful at all but I felt so welcomed that I'm opening a personal account as well even though I have been using prepaid debit cards for the last 7 years because of a bad bank experience 😁
