Jim and his team are top notch. Jim understands customer service, which is rare these days. Since the first time I stepped into his office I've felt like my business mattered to Jim and he was doing his best to give me what I needed. I've had a few other agents over the years but none with the professionalism, care and follow through Jim provides. He has a great team working with him that are quick to help with any issue. As a veteran I usually use USAA as my insurance provider. They dropped motorcycle insurance several years ago forcing me to explore other options. After using multiple insurance providers for my insurance needs, I found other companies to be untrustworthy, unexpectedly hiking my rates, requesting unnecessary paperwork, and generally difficult to deal with.

Jim and his staff are exceptional! I had experienced storm damage from a neighbor's tree falling on my house. I had to catch an early morning flight for work after it happened and called Jim on the way to the airport. He personally went over to the house to meet with the tree company as they removed the limb and got everything handled. Has my business for life!
