Terri went above and beyond to help find a special item I came in for as a gift. Her gracious spirit and willingness to help me truly stood out. This simple act of service meant so much! Thank you!

I can't even put how impressed I am with this place into words, but I will try. I've never had a quicker line move in a CVS in my lifetime. It only took an hour to make it to the front of the line, and then I was greeted by the friendliest of windows being shut. I've never even met a better window. I also had a pleasant experience in the restrooms, by far the least dirtiest restroom I have ever visited in a CVS. I would recommend some plumbing proposals, if I were a plumber, but all in all it was great. I would travel to this CVS across many state lines in the great United States of America just to experience the great customer service and hospitality.
I could just rave on and on, but I'll stop right there. Thank y'all for the outstanding service. I WILL BE TELLING MY NEIGHBORS ABOUT THIS PLACE!

Our insurance changed and we had to switch to CVS. I gave this location to my doctor’s office due to its location. I later read reviews and was worried about how bad the service may be. Well, I wanted to share that I have had great service from this location. I had to call several times to check if my doctor had sent over the prescription and they answered the phone each time in a timely manner and were polite. I went inside the store to get the meds and the staff all looked extremely busy, but were courteous and got me taken care of quickly. Great job!

UPDATE: This CVS seems to have righted the ship. They have staffed back up and are again responsive and helpful. I'm glad they fixed their previous issues!

(Previous Post: This has been our pharmacy for years due to location, but we’ve had enough. Recently we’ve had doctors call in scripts that were needed day of, and NEVER filled. Also, they NEVER answer the phone, we’ve sat on hold for hours on multiple occasions. I know staffing is short but this is crazy.)

Incredible customer service. I’ve never had to wait hours or to the next day to get a script filled. 3rd best CVS in Kansas by far. Restrooms are a little dingy and never cleaned but that’s okay because I never poop on public.

Had a sick kid and there were no appointments available. Thought we would see if we could maybe get a walk-in appointment. Dr. Cromwell squeezed him in between other appointments and was super friendly and thorough in checking out my son. So glad we came here and were able to get in.

I was apprehensive about transferring my meds here after reading reviews like Torry’s about having to wait 30+ minutes but the experience was fast and easy. 3rd best CVS in KS

Walked in to the minute clinic with a very sick kiddo around 6pm. A very friendly gentleman at the information desk informed me that appointments were full for the evening, but said he would check with the nurse practitioner to see if they could squeeze us in. We waited for about 15 minutes when the nurse practitioner and APRN called us back to the exam room. My little guy had a terrible ear infection, and was given an antibiotic. After the exam, we waited for our prescription for about 15 min. Despite being VERY busy, all of the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We were out the door with prescription in hand a little before 7pm. Overall a wonderful experience, and I truly appreciate the CVS team.

I usually go inside to pick up from the pharmacy and my daughter and I have always had a great experience.

Recently had to use the Minute Clinic twice. Saw NP Goldie each time. I appreciated how quick and thorough she was. She was easy to engage with and answered all of my questions. Will definitely use the Minute Clinic in the future.

Best customer service ever , I don’t care what Torry says . Definitely his fault he waited in line for a hour and then they closed as he got to head of line .

This is one of those places you grow up and tell your kids about. Nothing but high standard Americans working their hardest.

Friendly staff, very helpful. When something wasn't on hand they offered to order to keep it in stock. Most importantly, they were an advocate for us with insurance. Very appreciative of the work they do.
