Walmart Supercenter

My husband could not find my prescription when he got home from Walmart. He thought maybe it had taken it out of his basket. The pharmacist said if we could find out the doctor would refill it.. All the staff was great when we called in. Especially security. They took the time to watch a video tape of him. He had the prescriptions when he left. We found them after that. Great customer service!

I found these nice smartphones with good prices and I was able to buy three for my family members as a gift.

We know shopping at Walmart is a nightmare. Associates can never help a customer, checkouts are horrible, and all the above. However I will have to say that I’m so happy there’s still some great associates who cares about there job and Customers. Chris who’s a Coach leader made my shopping experience great. I could see he likes his job and likes helping customers. I hope the store manager reads this message and understands the importance of having associates like, Chris.

I did an online order with curbside pickup. I believe the employee who helped me was Zach. Took him less than two minutes to come out with my order and load it for me. Super sweet and nice despite the awful weather. Wish all Walmart employees matched his customer service.

So normally I visit Walmart's two to three times a week to get my home groceries and the Shawnee store is the best and stuff are very friendly

The staff was very kind & helpful, NOW I simply cannot, not go without mentioning some customers ( Sadly I do not have the names) This group of well defined people were raised by some fine, well mannered folks!!
They went out of their way to lend me a hand as the wind took control..Thank you.

Used pick up service. Nice, easy and quick. Didn't have to get out of the car.

They are currently renovating it, so everything is different. Took a while for me to figure out where to go but very nice & spacious! Love the new look

The store is one of the newer Walmart's locations and they offer quick customer scanning of your products if you prefer not to stand in line. I really like this feature.

Chris in automotive was a great help today when I was looking for an air pump for my flat tire. He dropped what he was doing, was compassionate, and stayed with me until I found what I was needing.

They keep it very clean! Just remodeled. Don't care for all
the self check lanes!

It's a very nice and surprisingly clean Wal-Mart with a helpful staff. I can usually get in and out pretty quickly.

It's always clean and neat. Good service . Great place to do grocery pick-up. The pharmacy is fast and friendly.
