OK let me just say first of all going to an auto parts store as a female tends to be a little difficult. Occasionally, you will come across men that treat you like you’re stupid even though you’re really trying to understand and learn. This O’Reilly was different. The women inside were so helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to help me and even explained things that I wasn’t understanding. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate you and what you did. You are amazing and I will definitely be shopping here again. I thank your name was Ella. I’m not sure but thank you.

Cameron did the best job at changing my car battery. Such a friendly guy, hard to find customer service like he provides.

Cameron helped me get the right battery and even swapped it out for me which was very helpful as I was with my daughter and don't trust myself to do it. He was professional and friendly. Highly recommend

Aidan really made replacing my headlight easy for me by showing me how to do it in the future and also he showed me how to fix a vacuum hose that was lowering my gas mileage. Really recommend anybody to go here for excellent customer service from him and to feel better about yourself if you’re unsure about how to do some basic things like that yourself, I left with problem solved and confidence to do it again sometime or I can help someone else do it now.

Quick and easy. Their aisles are well marked so I was able to find what I needed. They had a QR code that I scanned and it told me exactly what I needed. Checked out and was back in the car in under 5 minutes!

These guys had to research all the parts my van needed to stay on the road, as described by someone who knew very little about cars (uh... me 😆) by phone. They were so patient, and told me exactly where to check for any parts they did not have. I also love their prices and how they explain the difference in what products have to offer at every price point.

Aidan and co-workers were very knowledgeable in helping me make good decisions on a new battery and a starter for my car. With several options on the starter, they came out to look under the hood to ensure I was buying exactly the right one. Aidan also took my old battery out and put in the new one. What service! Couldn’t ask for anything more or better! Excellent customer service!!!

My battery terminal connector was loose, not only did they know exactly what would fix it, but they also helped me install it in the parking lot with their tools. Very generous people!

Was helping a young man with a single parent. His older pickup was running really rough. I thought it might be a fuel problem but wasn't sure. So we took it to O'Reillys and the young men ran a diagnostic test on it. Bingo found the problem on the #6 cylinder, they made a recommendation on repair. We bought the parts and the young man did the repair and it runs great. He had never worked on anything before. O'Reilly on 135th and Black Bob was amazing. They kept him from ruining the engine because the money wasn't there to take it to a shop. What a crew at that store. Best parts house ever.

Amazing! I absolutely love going into the store because of the service and the individuals that work there. I actually just left was there this evening and the two gentlemen were very professional and quickly put on my new wiper blade in the rain.

My experience here was fairly short. I showed up pretty close to closing time with a burnt out headlight. There was a young man running the floor who was knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure I got the right bulb (even double checked for me). He was polite and courteous. The store was clean, and the staff member wore his mask appropriately at all times while I was in the building. I did notice he lowered it under his chin when I exited, but immediately put it back on when I reentered to ask a question.

I'm very lucky to have a husband who is handy when it comes to cars. Me on the other not so much, so for him to send me an to get parts is very intimidating. Walked in and Sebastian knew exactly what I needed and was very helpful. Did not have the size I needed called all over to find someone who had it. He went out of his way for me. Keep up the good work!

These guys can handle getting all the right parts to get your vehicle backup and running and/or keep it in tip top condition!

My wipers were starting to come apart so I stopped in to get some since there was a forecast for rain for several days. The gentleman behind the counter was kind enough to install them for me. Pleasant experience.
