My husband and I are in our 60s, were shopping for a new laptop and read the rave reviews about Fateka Computer Store. What a hidden gem! Vladimir helped us with every aspect of our purchase: understanding the capabilities of different models, transitioning our information from our old lap top to the newly chosen one, educating us on data protection and anti virus choices, as well as insurance options. He presented options all along the way with patience and we felt very comfortable with all our final decisions. We were so impressed with the attention to detail and all the thoughtful assistance. For those that may need a bit more "hand holding" this is the exact spot to come. A smaller store with customer focus. We both felt really good about our purchase and our experience!

Great team to work with. My first experience with Fatech. They quickly replaced and cloned my slow laptop disk drive with a solid state drive. They have excellent customer service, as well as IT expertise. They are prompt and reasonable. I will recommend them to my friends.

Vladimir is the most professional, knowledgeable and genuine IT person I have ever encountered with. Now I can sleep better knowing that he is taking care of my IT needs. I highly recommend him. He installed hard drive and setup back up for my dental office and so much more.

The staff at Fateka are excellent to deal with. I had a technical hardware issue on my Lenovo Thinkpad. I spoke to them and told them the issue. Within a few days, they had ordered the part and installed a new fan and the laptop is as good as new. I was not aware- but they are also dealers of computers and upgrade parts and accessories. I am extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend them for technical service, repairs and/ or new products- particularly as they are an Authorized Lenovo Service center. MUCH BETTER than sending to Lenovo- (which is good) BUT - due to their intake process- it takes significantly longer to send them the laptop after you get a shipping box- then wait until they fix it, etc. These guys are GREAT!!! Thanks again Fateka- ask for Shak or George.

I so highly recommend FATEKA Computer Store. I have found this company when they just started out a few years back. The Service and keeping of promises was very good, and it has not diminished a bit since they have become larger and more known around the world, on the contrary.
I can only recommend that before you deny this company their expertise and service, test them out before you make a decision. I am sure that you will not be disappointed!

Best PC store hands down. After buying a faulty CPU cooler that fried other components in my PC, I came here hoping to get it fixed quick as I use my PC daily for work. They were able to find the solution and change the CPU cooler in an hour! This place was great so much so that when picking up my current pc I put an order in for a custom build. Honestly an amazing place and imo the best computer store around, no other place can beat their turn around time!

I bricked my laptop (used wrong power source) and they fixed it in 20 minutes! It was going to take HP 1 week and cost me 6x as much. Plus they’re helping me deal with a bunch of old external drives. A+. Love this place.

It was easy to deal with the tech who handled my laptop problem. What seemed to be quick fix didn't turn out quite as quick as another issue surfaced. Nevertheless, when I went to pick it up, the owner explained what they had to do to resolve the matter. Have been using the laptop for several months now with no issues.

I had a custom build that was refusing to POST. Took it in, they flashed the BIOS without a CPU, got it running within an hour, and charged $50. Fair price, good service. Would use them again.
