I will NEVER use this facility again, nor do I recommend that you do. Locally owned and on her own time schedule, regardless of the promised posted hours for customer service. I got locked out of my unit, so I paid my bill that day and rented a Uhaul to empty my unit the following Saturday. I showed up on Saturday at 9am and was still locked out, though my bill was paid. The manager was no where to be found, though their promised office hours are 9am-12p on Saturday and Sunday. After waiting for hours and calling repeatedly she finally called me back to say she was out of town and would be back Sunday. So I had to pay for the Uhaul for ANOTHER day and showed up at 9am on Sunday and she still wasn't there and I'm STILL locked out of my unit, though my bill is paid and current. I'm incredibly dissatisfied with the customer service, not to mention the time and money I've wasted trying to get my things out of my unit. I highly recommend using a big company name facility that actually has managers on site when issues come up, so you can have access to your things when you need to.
