I am extremely happy with my visit today and my take home haul! Every employee that helped me and checked on me was very friendly. I must give a shout out to Yesi in skincare. I have been very insecure with my skin lately due to breakouts and redness and she was so sweet and insightful.

Very good customer service. Love the cologne and perfume selection. Sale team was good, maybe too good…. Pleasant trip!

Always a treat to go into Sephora. Went in early to avoid the rush and little girls. It wasn't too bad.

The customer service was excellent I am by far not a girly girl whatsoever but I am a instacart shopper and I came in there to fulfill three separate orders and the representatives there help me with each item and we found it really fast and efficiently so that way we can get the items delivered to the customers in a prompt manner

Had 4 chairs for all of us bored males to sit back and people watch while our lovely wives get their shopping done.

Love the whole store. Everyone was so helpful. But I can't forget to mention the woman that helped us in the perfumes. I think her name was Ashlee or something similar. The energy and positive vibes that she sends off are intoxicating. Between the scents and her, my daughter and I walked out of there with a bit more of a gittup in our step. We felt like new women walking out of there and we just some eyeliner this visit. Smelling all of the different scents to figure out a perfect scent that says you is so nice. It doesn't matter what you are looking for specifically. Take some time and smell them all. It takes you to a different place and time. Ashlee was so helpful and such a delight to talk to while we shopped around for that perfect perfume for us. We had a great experience and we recommend that every woman goes to a sephoria and check it out. It will be worth it.

Friendly staff when I’ve been as a delivery driver and customer. If you’re a delivery driver tho, don’t take the orders as 50% of my orders said they never received it. They will order multiple of the same product to stock up and say they didn’t get it. The business model is they have to come up to you and ask you if you need help. So if you don’t like that, I would order online! Great service ordering online too.

Had a great experience. Trying new foundation, had a skin scan done for a good match. Chose Mario foundation. Hope I love it .

Always friendly AND professional. Every time I go in with my daughter, she gets really good advice. They help her decide which items are her best choices for her skincare goals. Fun atmosphere and employees who want to help- lovely!!

I really enjoyed my visit! I was helped by three employees that were knowledgeable and talented. They all helped me pick the products that worked best for me. Even as I walked around the store I was offered assistance repeatedly. Visiting a cosmetics store during a pandemic can be tricky but they made it run smoothly. The only thing I could suggest is name tags! When asked who helped me, I couldn't remember names as I was overwhelmed by all the pretty things!

I recently took my 11 year old daughter who is in a wheel chair and quadriplegic there to get her make up done for fun. This was very important to her and she looked so forward to it. All of the employees were wonderful and made her experience so special. They didn’t even charge me. Amber was her technician and she did a wonderful job. She made her feel so special and the manger was also so thoughtful. I can’t thank them enough. They gave my daughter an experience she will never forget

I love love it here ! Spencer is there best manager there. He always helps me with needs(or wants). He knows how to color match me and get to the right products. That’s a lot coming from someone like me (WOC). There was only one time I had a issue. But when I came back the next time they went above and beyond my expectations. If you let them know up front trust me they will come correct. Love you all at Sephora keep doing your thing 🥰
