We bought a TV from Best Buy about a year ago and it broke on us last night. We went in to see if it came with a warranty and unfortunately it was right outside the warranty timeframe.

You could tell that Amere felt bad and hated being the bearer of bad news but he stayed with us for about 30 minutes to contact customer service to have Sony come out and take a look at it.

He was extremely patient with us while we asked a million questions. This young man truly cares about people and you can tell that he loves his job.

Thank you for your help and compassion, Amere. You made a rough situation not so bad!!

When running into problems with our Best Buy credit card our cashier Jake was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire experience. He helped us solve the problem and had the most amazing attitude.

Amere Was wonderful. He has helped me numerous times and I always come back when I think he's going to be here. I have always gone to the one on maize. Yes I do but I don't anymore and I'll. I drive 30 miles when I have to come in here. Just so he can wait on me. I appreciate him so much.

The people working here are friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with any Best Buy, actually. Whether I am getting a price for a later date or actually looking to purchase something, I am never disappointed in the service. Quality electronics as well. Bought a TV from them once. It was on off brand they sell here. Amazing picture for a much lower price. Really a great place to make a purchase!

I place an in store pickup order. They were super fast with the pick up. It took me less than 10 minutes to pick up my order. They have greeters to point you to the proper direction.

Great place to buy the latest technologies. Prices here are considerably cheaper and they even have active offers on some brands. Also available for doorstep delivery.

It's STILL a fun place to shop! I found a BATMAN animated Classic movie 🍿🎥 that I once owned as a VHS cassette! Wow 😳😱 the memories!!!

Like every Best Buy I've ever been to, they always have someone at front entrance ready to greet you and answer any questions you might have.

My boyfriend and I just bought a 4k monitor and Amere was fast, fun and very knowledgeable and helpful in finding us our monitor. Going so far as to let us look at it before we left the store.

Great deal on our products. She's sales people were amazing answering all our questions.

She answered every question I had concisely and was very patient with my family and I. Daisy told me she started at Best Buy only 2 months ago and really impressed me with her extensive knowledge of the devices and the care plans, as well as warranty options available with purchase.
