Very very nice people in there. I got the PS5 I wanted and had a pleasant conversation. I went to the GameStop in the mall first, which only had the GOW Edition and they directed me to nearby places that had mine in stock. Glad I got to check this place out. Will be returning.

My wife and I went in to buy a PS5 with no idea if they would have one. Corey was extremely patient and personable with us despite the store full of customers on Black Friday. Awesome service!

We've been to probably every GameStop in town, some many times. Most times we walk in, we don't even get a "hello", much less any sort of friendly service. This store, however, is completely different. On my first visit, the employees were super friendly and gave me all kinds of helpful info that no one else has ever bothered to tell me. So, now, every week when we want to buy or pre-order something, we drive 20+ minutes to this store, even though we have 4 other stores closer to us. Keep up the good work! 😊

Literally the best Gamestop anywhere! The manager, Corey, is the ONLY reason I'm even still a customer. Gamestop, itself, has gone way downhill, but Corey will do anything he can to help his customers!

Ive had excellent service from this game stop store I go there frequently to preorder and pick up the best and newest addition of the games i like. And the Manager Michael Is always great to me and takes time to hear my questions and is understanding and patient with my disabilities. I highly recommend his store to all gamers go pro.

This is not your typical Gamestop. Stefan runs this one, and he's not rude. If you must go to a Gamestop, and I'd recommend against it, this is the one to go to. I walk over 12 miles to get to this Gamestop. I think that pretty much speaks for itself, but if given the choice, stay away from Gamestop.

My son went in and traded 5 gamming systems and about 100 games for 1 PS4... I thought to myself how sad.. But the kid that helped us was awesome and hey they go off of national trade in prices... so I really can't complain about how much we got for all the stuff we traded in. Overall my son got what he was after, now he just has to wait to go back and get some games for his new PS4 as he has none. It's like having a Bentley in the garage with no gas!!! LOL

Had a good experience here when my boyfriend and I bought a 3DS and a Steam controller. The employee talked to us about what platforms and games we liked. Overall friendly and good service.

They are helping me get my life together by letting me return all of the merchandise my former fiance bought on a manic spending spree culminating in her arrest for domestic violence. Nothing but respect for this store.

Very helpful staff that will answer all your questions to the best of their ability, even if the game is not their cup of tea ☕. The location is perfect, as it is right along the roadside which makes it easy peasy to find. Really GREAT place.
