McDonald's

They always forget the fruit that accompanies the oatmeal, which is usually offered 24 hours a day at the 24-hour stores, but some people want to be lazy and say that it's only on the breakfast menu, which it is not it is on the menu and all you do is add water mix grab a pack of fruit and throw it in a bag with a spoon. But that just seems too hard for most of the employees to do and understand. And what is it with the napkins it's like the paper that they serve you to wipe your hands comes from their check Please be generous with the napkins people it does not come from your check. I try to order a mocha frappe with caramel drizzle instead of chocolate drizzle. You would think that that would be a possible equal substitute, but no they cannot substitute the drizzle from chocolate to caramel without charging an extra 35 cents which follows my mind why not? I like the mocha frappe because it has more caffeine than the caramel, and I prefer the caramel flavor over the chocolate so I like to get the drizzle of caramel on the chocolate frappe which is going to cost me 35 extra cents. Which blows. Always ask for hot fries cuz they will try to plan off the cold stale ones on you especially late night. Any McDonald's in this town, the one I found to be the best and most accommodating is the one on 47th and Broadway. But the one on hydraulic is not very good especially the women they're terrible servers.

Great location for a quick lunch while letting your kids run around. The cleanliness of the tables and floor could use more attention. However, it seems they are understaffed, but you can see they are doing their best.

The wife and I stopped in for lunch and as always, I fine meal at a good price served by people who obviously care about the work they do!

The dude with the neck tattoo was very attentive with my order! Lage iced coffee with no sugar and no cream, and he made sure the newbie understood! Hopefully he'll be a manager soon one day.

I ordered ahead on the app. However, after I paid, items I had not added appeared on my order. The manager was able to cancel the extra items and credit those items to my credit card. The place was a bit too popular, so my grandkids and I left a bit earlier than usual.

It's McDonald's, it's either great nice and hot - or bad, cold and slow.... Just depends on the day you go...

I swear this is the best Mc Donalds in Wichita,KS!! I love the McDonalds coupons on the app! The drive thru was a little slow paced but it was packed! Usually they are so fast it's okay they never get my order wrong! I was waiting on my order and saw a guy in a Lies Plumbing company van be extremely rude to the woman who brought him his order. The store was busy with lunch rush. She was very calm, professional, and should be commended for the way she handled the situation. This store has excellent employees and great service.

As an autistic 31-year old, the nuggets were stimulating! Yummy! 😋

The Staff at this McDonalds went above any beyond for us. We had placed a mobile order and when going through the drive through they had us pull up to a stall to wait for our items. We had been waiting a while and someone asked if we had all our food. We said no we didn’t get anything. Then she came back out and tried to figure out our order. I went inside to help her and showed our app. The manager said our payment didn’t go through so they canceled our order. I showed that our payment did process and that it had already came out of our bank account. Everyone was very apologetic but it wasn’t their fault I feel like the app has so many glitches. We had an issue once before while in New Mexico. The manager went above and beyond to have all our food made fresh. While waiting for our food everyone was happy and working together. I will definitely make this location my go to from here on out!

I had the best Oreo frappe I ever had! at this McDonald's wish. I would have got the lady's name that made it for me she was wonderful!

Ice cream machine has never failed me yet. That alone deserves a five ⭐. Anyways, food is as expected from a McDonald’s. Always had fresh fries the many times I’ve been there.

Always a pleasant experience going through the drive thru. Employees are fast and kind.

The food is always good. It's fresh and hot and almsot always prepared correctly. I love being able to rely on the fact that my order is going to be accurate. They are fast and efficient. And there is quite a few good looking people working there. Not sure if I like the new bacon cheese fries. Maybe for like 2.00 instead of 3.50. One of the better McDonald's in town for sure.

Love the morning staff!they are so on top of things and everything is fresh! I never have issues when i go in during the morning or afternoon they all have smiles and so kind and funny. Love my penny lady,she always makes me smile when she says my total in pennies 😆 gets me every time!

I went through the drive-thru tonight about 1:30 a.m. and it was packed! Both lanes were long lines. I couldn't believe how fast they were getting all those cars served! When we got up to the window, the lady apologized, thinking that we've been waiting in line for a long time, and we told her that everything was fine and that we didn't have any issues and we thought they were doing a great job. As it turns out, their cook had just walked out, and a couple of employees had called in sick, so they were doubly short-staffed. I have to tell you that I was very impressed with the manager there at the drive-thru window. She was calm, she wasn't running around screaming, she wasn't pulling her hair out, or even seeming stressed. She was very professional and I just thought she did a fantastic job (and obviously her skeleton crew was doing a great job as well)
I just moved to town recently, and I'm getting ready to look for a job. I've decided that I'm going to be going to McDonald's in the morning, and I'm going to become their newest employee. I work many years in restaurants, managed many restaurants, and these are the type of people that I would love to work for and with. Never even thought about working at a McDonald's until tonight when I went through the drive-thru . So once again I say kudos to the manager and her late night short staff! And by the way, my food was fresh and tasted great! Thanks again, and I will be seeing you in the morning...👍

I was pleasantly surprised it's been a long time since I have visited this location because of the poor customer service and quality of food in the past not to mention my order was never correct. I usually ride right on past and go to the 47th street location which is closer to my home. I decided to stop because I was in a rush and to my surprise it was remodeled, clean and the people were super friendly and very helpful not to mention for the first time since I had been going there my order was correct. I have been telling everyone about the changes because I would tell everyone who would listen never to go to that location. Thanks for the amazing service.

The last few times it's been so bad, I'm not going back anymore. I'm just driving a few blocks in the other direction for Braums. McDonalds has too high of prices to be so sub par.

Maybe the best McDonald's location in Wichita. Very clean inside. Drive thru is quick and accurate. Employees are friendly and seem happy to be there. Let me put it this way, I have voluntarily chosen to eat here on more than one occasion, it isn't just a last resort.

They work quickly to get orders done and out. Never waited more than 10 minutes for food. And thats at a busy period.
