Had a package lost by another facility for WEEKS! One discussion with the supervisor here, and they have my package arriving to my door within a week of our discussion. Personally called me to update me on any findings, and were extremely helpful.

They were so helpful and fast. I truly appreciate those hard workers. Have a great day and keep up the GREAT WORK!!!!!!!

I’ve been using this post office for the last 3 year and I’ve always had a great experience. The service is friendly and fast. They are courteous and have helped me retrieve mail that wasn’t delivered to my home.

My items are always delivered with care and on time. My postal delivery lady is also very nice and informative. I also appreciate the care they have given during the corona pandemic!

I also have a P.O. Box that I’m very grateful to be able to check at anytime of day!!!

Our carrier goes above and beyond. She is kind and friendly to the kids. The main office was responsive to some lost packages that had yet to make it to their offices (i.e., not a local issue). They were able to get the packages moving again and delivered as soon as Manhattan took possession.

A post office is a post office is a post office. I don’t see how you can even give reviews on one, it’s like giving a review on a fire station(it’s a community necessity). I feel like everyone doesn’t know how to not complain about the post office(the American dream right?) How bout everyone just get in line, shut up, and move on with your day. It’s easy.

Authentic USA officials whom are consistently helpful, dedicated professional federal staffers and whom also appear often to work Saturdays and even Sundays, make frequent trips to this US Post Office a refreshing reminder of how and why they put the word "civil" in the idea of "civility." Thanks US Post Officers for your friendly and loyal service to all of US!!! ;-)

The people who work at this post office are super friendly and very professional. I've shipped a lot of packages via usps over the years, and I appreciate that all the packages have arrived to destinations on time and in great shape.

I was very concerned due to other reviews before I went. I think there is a skew here because the only people who take time to review are people with negative things to say. I don't mail things alot so I am not the most efficient person at the post office. My experience was excellent. A gentleman helped me within a minute of walking in and i was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Dispite having to look up an address he was very helpful and patient.

These employees work so hard! Love this location!! Passport office as well! Thanks guys!!!

MHK only has this one post office, so if there’s a long line of course it’ll take more time. Lots of stamp options. S/O to Angie for her friendly service!

The last few visits there is a line and the employees are the counters are quick, knowledgable, and courteous. My items get where they need to be. No issues for me with this post office.

Every time I go there's two or three reps helping, the line goes fast, and staff was always courteous to me and patient if I was missing something, gave exact info as to me asking how long would a letter get there....satisfied!

They are awesome so polite. I had the best mail man come out of this post office. His name was Michael he was always so polite.

I've never had an issues coming in here. Sometimes waits are a little long, but everyone has been professional and helpful each time I come in.

Mailed packages on the 21st and 23rd - expected long wait times due to the holidays but both times wait was less than 5 minutes.
