This gas station has had a huge makeover when it comes to management and workers. The last manager was just awful but now they have someone new and she Is the best. I used to hate this place but now everyone who works there just makes things alot better.

The cashier is so friendly and quick. She is excellent

Gas pump horribly slow. We were standing there in the cold for 5min and got maybe 4 gallons out of the pump.

Omg if you're waiting on a ride and trying to stay out of the heat and not catch yourself a heat stroke, Lord forbid don't try going in this store waiting for them because the workers will sure be riding up your leg trying to get you out of the store. I think they just lost every single one of any and all future purchases from me. Get real people. See how they like being out in this blasted heat after working since before sunrise. No respect

The old man that was working at this time (8:45pm) on december 16th 2023 was EXTREMELY rude. he went off on me simply because I asked if the rebulls were buy 2 get 1 free. despite me continuously trying to be kind to him he kept going off raising his voice at me. saying he's risking his life being a cashier, i'm a cashier myself and it was uncalled for. you shouldnt treat people like that. I have a lot going on in my life and he made my night even worse. he shouldnt be working there, or ANYWHERE in customer service if u treat people like that. I feel uncomfortable stepping foot in there if he is there.

0/5 for sure. The older man with the long white hair (pulled back in a pony tail at the time) was incredibly rude to me. He believed my out of state ID to be fake, which it wasn't but I get checking it is the law and in a college town but he was screaming "FAKE, FAKE, I'M CALLING THE COPS" to me when I was confused because I have had this ID for 4 years and have had no problems. He wouldn't call the cops in front of me and when the cops called him back saying that my ID was valid, he argued with them over the phone, not wanting to give it back to me. Manager rudely said to me that I either needed to get a Kansas ID or call my state and tell them that the one I got was defective and that no other place would take it. Mind you, I have used my driver's license for other government issues with no problem.

Walked in at 2:50 am thinking this was a 24 hour gas station. However when I walked in they said they were shut down until 3:10. My question is how can you claim you are open 24 hours but kick people out? Customer service is also garbage they are rude and inconsiderate!! I will take my service selsewhere!

That old man with white hair is extremely rude , a very curious character of a person . I’m 30 secs into the bathroom using it , and he’s knocking on the door . Coward wouldn’t even look at me in the face after I got out . He has mental issues .

We were going to use the bathroom before we leave out of town, a man with long grey hair and sideburns got mad at us and yelled at us for locking the bathroom door and said “don’t you know how to read you’re in america” to my mixed friend and when she quietly mumbled a comment as she went into the bathroom, he came at her (a 15 and 17 year old) for saying it and started yelling and telling us he was gonna call the cops on us. Overall will never come here again not even to use the bathroom.

I am very disgusted with the disregard to the value of customers. No customer service skills are ever displayed at this location. The employees are very rude. I'm a customer and I'm also a dasher and neither experience has been a tasteful one. Tonight was the worst, as I walked in to this store an employee who named herself as Theresa was loud and unprofessional. She was rambling on bad mouthing the dasher who unassigned the order prior to me coming to pick it up. In addition to that they ignored me while continuing to do count or inventory of some sort. I politely asked if they can continue with their task after getting gathering the customers order as they already purchased their items and I'm on a time schedule. At this point the lady cashier berated and belittled me as my choice of being a dasher. Said that I work for doordash and that was my customer. I advised her that she is misguided. Dashers are self employed contractors who provide a delivery service to their customers through third party doordash. That comment apparently hurt her feelings as she threatened to call police on me for disagreeing with her. I told her there is no need to be treating people in such a manner. James the "gentleman" ignored me and continued to count and service and ring up customers and go back to his count till he finished. Doordash customers are your customers. Please get it together cause this is not a good look.

There is an old man who is extremely rude for no reason, I went in about 11pm to buy some lottery tickets, not knowing they aren't allowed to sell them after 10pm. I have been going to this location for a while now and haven't had issues like this from other employees. He is always rude, for little to no reason. This isn't the first time he has been rude for something like this. I do not recommend going here

If I could give a 0/5 I would. Twice now I have been intimidated and harassed by a worker who works overnights by asking simple questions. I hope they take care of this bc it seems like this particular person is causing a hostile work environment for the customer!!

The tea machines are never working or no tea made. The store is disgusting gross. Abilene and Salina store is the same district and they do a better job and don’t have near the problems
