They have excellent produce, fresh meat, counter, store is always clean, you have a choice of sushi, pizza or fried chicken, they have offer a lot and are very very helpful and the pharmacy people are wonderful

Matt and John were amazing to work with in the meat department. We ordered 62 Thanksgiving turkeys.

The ordering process was very easy and great communication throughout.

Great selection of fresh produce, deli items, and great pharmacy. The meat dept is shy of ground chicken and sometimes limited on seafood and other meat items.

THE hours are still pandemic hours.
Recently, I find they will be out of sale items and they have limited their selection.

I went in to get fried chicken for dinner. They had just had a rush and had run out of it. John was very empathic, shared when more would be ready, and helped me find an alternative that both me and my husband would like when he found that I was in a hurry. He was incredibly friendly and was wonderful to interact with after a long day!

Veggies are always on point. I eat fresh only an ive never been disappointed in selection. I would like more actual cashiers I do t use self check out

Found everything that I needed to get and was in and out just like that. Only issue was the self checkout I used didn't give me a receipt right away.

Mike, the store manager, is very understanding hard worker. I have seen him couple of times delivering orders by himself in the clicklist service. He also made sure to change the incorrect food items that I received and delivered them to me by himself in the pickup lane and asked me to keep the wrong ones. 5 stars to customer service!

Always been my store the few years I've been here. But, I must say my 4 year old is very upset with y'all because he bought some yellow apples yesterday and they don't taste like yellow. You clearly painted it to trick him, he says. He still gives 5 stars.😄

I want to briefly pass along an experience I had at this Dillons location a few weeks ago. I was near the meat department and witnessed a conversation where a customer was VERY rude to the employee. The employee handled the situation with patience and kindness and despite the rude behavior, helped the customer to find what she needed. I could tell by the look on the employee's face that he was startled by her comments but was incredibly impressed that he was professional in handling the situation. This is a test of character; when someone does not treat you well and you still stay calm and do your job with kindness, you deserve to be recognized. I was not able to get his name but I do know he works in/is head of the seafood department. My husband and I wanted to be sure to spread our experience along and to assure the employee(s) that their exceptional kindness matters.

Customer service lady was doing the best that she could by herself. She did pretty good for holding down the fort until she was able to get help. To me she did a superb job and appauligized for making the customers wait more than once.

Dillon's is remodelling with the usual confusion. It seems to have cut the quantities on the shelves and a few specific items. Time will tell what is kept dropped, or added. The completed areas are fantastic. They are switching to a cloth or paper bagging operation. You can now order products on- line for pickup or delivery. Or use their in- store phone to find, pay, and bag your items. Nice location and staff.

The employee in the floral department was a big help. Thanks to her my wife and I found the perfect flowers for my grandmother-in-law. Besides that it had the usual high quality that I've experienced at every Dillon's that I've visited. Wish there was one in Olathe!

Always looking for healthy lunch items that I usually find at Dillons. They carry a great line of boxed organic soup. Love the split pea and the creamy tomato flavors. Parking is always a challenge but the longer walk to the store is good for me too.

Dillon's is the only store I'll buy all my groceries. I love their produce, meats, deli foods. All their meats and deli foods are fresh. The employees are so very friendly and helpful and always smiling. I love my Dillon's.

Awesome prices, excellent customer service as always. Love how I feel at home whenever I'm shopping there. Lines are usually quick to get through and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Love this Dillons location.

Best rewards program, sales, produce, meat, and just a great selection of items!

People are so friendly and if they don't have brand I'm looking for I just ask and they get it. Also the coupons they send in the mail, and online coupons added to my card, last shopping trip I spent 170.00 and saved 95. With coupons
